Father of Giovanni Gonzalez wants charges dropped:

How’s this for gall?

The father of missing 5-year-old Giovanni Gonzalez, Ernesto Gonzalez, wants the child endangerment charges against him dropped even though Giovanni has still not been found. He’s also asking for the evidence that was seized from his house dismissed. You remember that evidence don’t you?

…the boy’s toys, a bottle of cleaner, a mop head, trash bags and a knife that was found on the kitchen floor.

Yeah, that evidence.

A hearing is scheduled for December, 11th. He still didn’t have the cojones to look Giovanni’s mother in the eye.

doesn’t have the balls to look the child’s mother in the eye, but has enough to ask for dismissal of the charges? they must be the size of peas.

Yeah…he wants charges dropped and Giovanni’s mom wants her baby back.

I want someone to kick him in his pea sized balls until he vomits blood and tells where Giovanni is.

I guess we don’t always get what we want huh?

Since you guys know all the facts why haven’t you found the child? Get the point?

BTW, he has a good case for getting the items that belong to him back. They are only evidence to those who are biased. A child dissappering is NOT a crime by the way.

Too bad, so few people actually think these days. Nancy Grace says it and you soldier up to support her biased rants. Sad.

Sounds like the DA and Police in this case are as incompetant as the DA in San Diego county.

So are you saying no one should have questioned where this child is? That it’s OK for a small child to just disappear? That no one should think that’s the least bit alarming?

You’re right that no one has all the facts yet in this case. I do hope the police are looking at all possible leads, and not just the dad. But in 9 out of 10 cases when a child goes missing or turns up dead one or both parents are responsible.

For one, i haven’t even seen one full episode of Nancy Grace EVER. In my personal opinion, she’s a hosebag. Last I heard, she was obsessed with the Casey Anthony chick. Little missing hispanic children don’t usually make for good ratings.

Second, I have all the facts I need. He had the kid, mom went to get the kid. He no longer had the kid. He refuses to say where the kid is.

Anything else I need to know? He is denying this child’s mother (aka custodial parent,) the right to see and hold her son.

So, what do you think happened to the little boy? Its not like he kidnapped him and this is a simple custodial dispute. The boy is gone and with neither parent.

I still say, lets kick him in the babymaker til he breaks. Who wants to hold him for me?

Mark,

I think you would be crying a different tune if it was YOUR child missing and your child’s mother was the one suspected of foul play in connection with their disappearance. I don’t know what is worse. A father who is suspected of killing his innocent son or someone who could actually try and make an argument for that man’s innocence other than his lawyer because that is their job! I have never in my life seen Nancy Grace but if she is half as outraged as I am about the lack of exposure into this little boys disappearance then she must not be that bad…

Trench, thank you for bringing this to my attention. What a sad story. i pray the father will talk real soon,but its not looking good. i cant believe he has the nerve to want the charges dropped. They need to drop his trousers and grab what little balls he has till he talks and says where this little guy is. He sure is in my prayers. I hope he is returned safe and sound. If it wasent Giovannis blood at the home are they saying who it belongs to then? Sad Very Sad.
