Close to divorced man busted for child porn, solicitation

Man Charged With Soliciting Teen For Sex:

40-year-old Charles R. Mowder of Midlothian, Illinois was arrested for trying to solicit sex from a 16-year-old girl. Illinois’ age of consent is 17.

A woman, who I assume was the girl’s guardian, found the e-mails that Mowder was sending to the girl and notified police. Police, in turn, searched Mowder’s computer which turned up child porn.

I bet that divorce is closer than it was before.

You know it’s that he’s bi or into BDSM that would have tipped me off to him being a creeper. It’s his lack of capital letters that would have been a tip-off to me. If he misspelled all his words he probably could have passed as a teenager.

    Bondage, leather, chains, latex factors heavily. Turn off safe-search on google images and look up BSDM, you’ll get the idea pretty quick.

    The root of the whole thing is a fetish for being tied up, one person controlling the other sexually. Which is why most BSDM relationships are defined with one person being the ‘dominant’ and the other being the ‘submissive’. The ‘dom’ controls the ‘sub’s gratification, letting them have it or denying it to them, and the ‘sub’ gets off on this (the denial of gratification is part of the fun, apparently). It’s also a wee bit dangerous, but only if the ‘dom’ is stupid enough to leave the ‘sub’ tied up and unattended.
