Defense Lawyer Files to Dismiss MySpace Case:

Lori Drew’s defense attorney has filed a motion to have the fraud charges against her dismissed. He claims that if Lori Drew is criminally guilty of violating MySpace’s TOS than so are we all. Considering I’m sure we’ve all violated a TOS or two in our times.

Except here’s the difference. When I give Yahoo a fake name and address a teenage girl doesn’t die because of it.

I cant wait to see the outcome of this story. I really want to know what happens to this woman.

Trick

You can already see what will happen to this women, Mrs. Garda.

She has already lost her business, the locals want nothing to do with them. She will go to jail and if there is any justice, be treated far worse by her jail mates than how she treated a 13 year old girl.
