Beating Suspect Wants to Go Public:

The alleged ringleader in the recorded beating of Victoria Lindsay wants permission from the court to go public with her story.

Mercades Nichols, one of eight teens charged as adults in the March beating of 16-year-old Victoria Lindsay, wants permission to talk publicly about the case and travel out of state to give interviews, according to a written request filed in Circuit Court.

Nothing good can come from this.

Allegedly Nichols wants to give “public apologies” to the media.

I wonder how much she’d be paid for those “apologies”.

    How outragous! I am sure the mother is behind this somehow, wanting some fame to come of this for her and her daughter. To late to apologize, she had plenty of chances when her “mama” was all over the media taling about what an innocent girl she is and that it was Tori’s fault… please. After she is convicted she can write an apology that will get to Tori, and I hope Tori doesn’t even give it concideration after all they have said and done to her!

    This is ridiculous! If she wasnt to make an apology, she can do it in front of her house.

    On a side note, anyone know if Victoria will be going to college? She’s apparently a senior. She shouldn’t let all this stop her life.

    She is probbaly getting influence from her Mom.To be talking about trraveling around the world to tell her story, she obviously is looking at the money prospective of it. I mean, They aren’t rich people so They want something out of it. Why apologize to the media? Why not apologize to the girl she watched get beat up.

    I have so much to say that there just isn’t enough room. In a way I feel very sorry for the public, because they have been decieved and lied to. And we only wanted Mercades to be able to speak like everyone else in this case. I denied many many interviews that wanted to pay us to talk. I only want the truth out there. The deposition was this week on ” the victim” and everyone will soon see THE TRUTH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Your picture should be posted right next to the definition of white trash in the dictionary. You have corrupted your daughter and deserve every bit of humiliation that is coming to you due to this horrific event. You must not have been taught that opening your mouth leaves no doubt of stupidity and you should implement this in your life immediately. No one wants to hear anything you have to say. You only want to make moeny from this sick and sad event and it has made me and MANY OTHERS want to throw up.

    To the person posting as Christina Garcia…of course you turned downmany that asked to interview you for the money AFTer you were all court ordered to not talk about the case while it was waiting to go tocouret but I bet you can hardly wait til it’s all over so you can make your fame..you made yourself look bad from day one..you shouldlearn how to speak before you go public . I hope you all are denied wealth from all this bc it is a shame someone had to be abused in order for you to find it!

    Christina Garcia or at least the person posting as her….I watched a newly released tape of what happened that day what was released a month ago and these girls were meotionally abusing her to make her think everything happening to her in that house that day was her fault and NOw you’re still blaming her…when will you all wake up and see that it was no one’s fault those girls behaved the way they did that day EXCEOT their own fault…they behave like wild animals in a wild forest…wake up and behave like humans with MORALS!..Who do these girls think they are to bully tori just bc they dont like her or what she has done in the past. nothing justufies what they did that day and so what if tori was a little confused and get some of her story wrong. I mean , she was hit numerous times in the head so how do you expect her not to be disoriented…Growup woman!

    and what do you mean “like everyone else in this case” you and your daughter are the only ones trying to go above everyone elses’s head and we allknow mercede is just do what…you are only gonna start another conflict by going public after all this all over…no one wants to hear the guilt you all have inflicted upon victoria lindsey…i bet that girl feels like this really is all her fault b/c that is what you all have done since the day it happened was to behave like bad asses and throw the guilt at her. You should be teaching those girls morals…just like someone said in a earlier post…noone wants to hear what you got to say ..when you and those girls are ready to come to terms that what happened that day was morally wrong no matter what then the public might listen…and only then…
