The Rio Rancho Perverto

Man accused of rape after meeting girl online:

Meet 37-year-old Louis Tirone of Rio Rancho, New Mexico. He’s accused of raping a 12-year-old girl that he met over MySpace. According to police Tirone claims that the girl said she was 37 on her MySpace then claimed she was 23, then 17. Dude, if you can’t tell the difference between a 37 and 12-year-old you have serious problems.

Tirone picked the girl up from a sleepover then took her back to his place where they had sex.

The girl’s mom discovered a message from Tirone on her MySpace about it and called the police. Tirone was apprehended at his job at Wal-Mart.

Personally, I don’t think the ‘she said she was 37, 23, and 17’ defense is going to work. 23-year-old girls don’t even joke about being 37.

Also, it’s obvious that mom knew about the girl’s MySpace as well. The minimum age for MySpace is 14, not 12.

Thanks to Mr. A for the links.

OK, that kid is clearly 12 years old, she doesn’t look 37, 23 or 17 but her profile does say 37.

It dosn’t matter what a profile says. How could you expect her to even HAVE a myspace if she was 12? Don’t get me wrong I love my myspace, but I also know how to use it properly. Nancy, if you had a daughter that had done this…would you justify it by the fact that her profile said 37? No, I don’t think any mother would. Plus, if she changed her age like what three times, shouldn’t that tip the guy off that she’s lieing.

I know Louis personally, and have for years. He’s not some sick perv child stalker. He may be a little show on the draw, obviously, But he got hosed on this deal. That girls mother should take responsibility for letting her child solicit older guys via the web under false pretenses. It’s probably safe to assume that this wasn’t the first man she’s been with.

I guess now-a-days a single man has to check ID, and run background investigations on women before dating them. The way that girls are developing these days, it can be hard to tell their age. Not to mention how easily accessible fake id’s are, I wouldn’t even trust that.

Bottom line, that little girl is a tramp, and he shouldn’t be held responsible for her deceiving him. I’d give him a slap on the wrist for being retarded, but I wouldn’t send him to prison for that.

He screwed a 12-year-old which is technically rape. You get to go to jail for that no matter how old the girl said she was.

Agreed.. But if she looks it and claims it, then can he be held totally responsible for it? If anyone should do time, it should be her for destroying his life because of her deceiving ways. Even if he is acquitted, he’s still going to be labeled a pervert, (see the title of this post). It’s not like he was out looking for young girls as the media makes it sound. He found a woman (he thought) who was his age and went from there. The whole case is a load of bs if you ask me.

If you solicit underage girls, yes, you should go to prison. If you are deceived by some little whore who had probably done this before, her and her parents should be held responsible.

Whatever you have to tell yourself. However I think his behavior has betrayed your faith in him.

Thank you axe man for defending my husband he is not a pervert and he doesn’t prey on children he was the one who was preyed upon by this deceptive girl who by the way is still activly on myspace and whose parents still aren’t monitoring what she is doing she has text me and it took me calling the police myself to bring it to her parents attention and I had a conversation via text with before she and Lou got together and she lied to me about her age too and believe me she isn’t the innocent girl she is made out to be she intended for them to have sex she told me before it ever happened

He cheated on you with a 12 year old…and your defending him?

    What the hell?

Believe me, it’s time to move on with your life and get a divorce.

Besides, If I recall correctly (and I have it archived *wink*) didn’t he list his relationship status as single?

I mean really a twelve year old child?

We were separated at the time and yes I am defending him he isn’t in jail for committing adultery and that issue is for he and I to deal with but cheating doesn’t make him a rapist or child molester I know him very well and thank you for your concern but I am more than capable of making the decision to divorce him or not on my own

Ok, she may not look 37 or whatever else she said, but who can tell these days? My niece is 14 and looks like she&rsquos 25 because she&rsquos allowed to wear skimpy clothes, lots of make-up and, yes, she&rsquos on my space. The only way you can tell she&rsquos 14 is when she opens her mouth and reveals how immature she is. Not all 12 or 14 year olds are going to look or act their age these days. I do not know this man, or the girl, but from an outsider&rsquos perspective, it&rsquos a little difficult to say this guy should be in prison. It doesn&rsquot sound like he was on MySpace to look for young, underage girls. It sounds like he met someone who he thought was 37. I watched this reality TV show about women who were looking for love, were older (40s and 50s), but DID NOT look their age. It&rsquos not rocket science. Not everyone looks their age.

So, men, get your ink, copy machine and get ready to start taking names. Make sure you don&rsquot get fooled by some little girl who wants a thrill with an older man and will do anything to have that, including being dishonest.

PS What was this girl doing on MySpace anyway? Shouldn&rsquot she have her parent&rsquos consent, or be of age? If it was my daughter, I would be darn sure she&rsquos of age to be on the site and monitor EVERYTHING. Where was her mother in the beginning? Way to go, mom&hellip

Thank you DJ&ampMC! I’m 37 myself and have been told many times I look like I am in my 20s. All I know is that my husband is not the monster that many try to make him out to be! He is a good man who made a poor decision by putting his trust in someone who obviously didn’t deserve it. No one is more upset by this than he is. Everyone makes mistakes and has to pay the consequences but I believe the punishment should fit the offence.

Please, she was 12 years old, and there’s more ways than one to figure this out minus the skimpy clothes, ok?

On a seperate note, a friend wrote on her profile:

    Apr 10 2008 2:16 PM

“r u goin bak out wit robbie yet???”

Robbie happens to be 15 (or so he claims) and he’s also top’s on her friend’s list, not to mention most everyone is under 18 on there anyways…far under.

Next there is your husbands post:

    @ Apr 14 2008 8:37 AM

Then “15” year old robbie post:

    @ Apr 14 2008 8:38 AM

…and then finally your husband post:

    @ Apr 14 2008 8:52 AM

Really, there is no excuse for any of this and you two I’m sure know each other.

Relax A. No conspiracy here. Not everyone who shares a similar point of view knows eachother and not everyone who knows eachother shares the same point of view. Shouldn’t be so narrow minded. On a different note…. I am a bit curious why an adult, which I assume you are, I know that is a dangerous thing to assume these days, would be keeping such detailed documentation of two peoples myspace pages, who have nothing to do with you personally? And also wondering how many others you document so closely. Such behavior could be misconstrued as predatory behavior. Might want to becareful, wouldn’t want anyone to make such an assumption if its not true. And as far as the way she and her friends converse with eachother means nothing, I know adults that talk like that. You don’t have to be a child to be uneducated. Bottom line is believe what you want means very little actually. I know the truth about my husband and that’s all that matters to me. But maybe you should spend more time participating in your own life and less obsessing about everyone elses.

    Thanks for the good chuckle.

    Luckily, I’m neither:

    1. Defending someone who had sex with a 12 year old

    or…

    2. Had sex with a 12 year old.

Hopefully, the only difference between you and I ends there.

Last message makes no sense. But oh well. Quite frankly our differences stretch far beyond the two points you mentioned. And thankfully so!

Just to clarify, I do not now TNT or the man in question personally, professionally and have never met either of them. I heard about the situation on the news. I thought to myself, there are too many men who get the short end of the stick because women and girls are not honest and are very manipulative. They play this part, like, “I’m so innocent and anyone will believe me.” This is my opinion, as a female. I think this young girl and others like her, regardless of age, give all of us strong, honest women a bad name. I’m not saying that there shouldn&rsquot be punishment for this man, but it works both ways. That girl, and her parents, should be punished as well. The girl can mislead an older man into a relationship with her and that’s okay? The mother, from what I understand, didn&rsquot find out about this for a while, so she’s obviously not into her child’s “extracurricular activities”. Furthermore, wasn&rsquot the girl was staying at a friend’s house when the guy picked her up…?? Um, this doesn’t sound at all like your average, everyday goodytwoshoes that got raped by an older man. This sounds like a little girl who wanted to be older and hang with older people and pass herself on as being older and, bottome line, LIED. I don’t know what she looks like, but you CANNOT tell me that all girls look their age.
