According to the article Victoria Lindsay was taken to a local CVS after her infamous beating. Some of her attackers allegedly apologized and bought her drinks.
Did they think they were ‘all good’ now? Because you know the proper response to trash talk is a beating by 6 people. That’s sarcasm by the way.
What?? i wonder why we havent heard of this sooner? i had thought that there were only 3 of them and Victoria in the car and that they went to another friends house? OMG!
Incase thoes girls were wondering, buying her a drink to rinse the blood from her mouth, dosent make it all better especially since they diched her there at CVS!
maybe they wanted her to press the cold can of soda against her eye to bring down the swelling.
This story shouldn’t die. Unlike Britney or Lindsay, keeping this on the front pages until the cell doors slam shut behind the dirtbag cowards who ganged up on this girl is societally relevant. We will fail as a nation if we aren’t collectively outraged and in want of justice. Attacks of this kind should stay at the forefronts of our minds until justice is handed down.

Yes, I agree with “DennistheCabbie” as well. It seems that younger and younger kids are doing some horrific things these days… They need consiquences to their actions… maybe if we start treating them as adult… you do adult harm or commit an adult crime… you are prosectuted as an adult, Period. We need to send this message to these kids. Ifwe don’t it will get worse from here. You will see copycats and even worse if these girls do not get punished as adults. Put the WHOLE trial, the sentencing and them going to their individual cells on youtube and myspace and all over the internet, along with all other offenders down the line. .. maybe they will get the PICTURE then.
actually my grandmother told me about an occurance in Kentucky. and there has been a copy cat of a beating of a Police Officers daughter. And these kids were ONLY 12- 14 years ago. And they do need hard punishment, if they get away with nothing or close to it then they wont be afraid to do it again.

What is even sadder is that in Victoria’s statement, she says that they drove her to CVS, bought her a drink and then made HER apoligize to them before they would let her go…. That is sick people.
i think the whole thing is outrageously disgusting. every part of it. none of it is worse than the rest it is all just nasty. i think they were all jealous of victoria because she is gorgeous and they wanted to be like her but this was pushing it too far.
