Creepy Kentucky bus driver arrested

Bus driver accused of using MySpace to lure teen:

46-year-old Gary L. Clark of Morehead, Kentucky was a bus driver. I say was because I’m sure he’s lost his job after being arrested for soliciting a teen over MySpace.

Police said he solicited the boy to meet him Saturday and allegedly coerced him into getting into his vehicle. There, “inappropriate actions” occurred, but police declined to elaborate.

The victim was not one of the kids that rode his bus.

i am so infuriated with this story because my 5 year-old son has rode his bus before. and the fact that in 1995 he was accused of this before and what did the school system do, let him back on the bus with our kids. I realized today he was my bus driver back when he was accused the first time all, of a sudden he wasnt there one day and some kids on the bus were saying he got fired because he molesed some kids. i dont remember the details because i was 10 at the time. this is unbelievable i think the the rowan county schools should be held responsible for this, why was this man let back on the job as a bus driver to be around our kids after the first time. no telling how many other kids have been assaulted by this man, hopefully they will stand up and say something now.

    Jessica,
I think you need to get your facts straight. Mr. Clark was acquitted of all charges back in ’95. The then-accusers even as soon as two years ago were bragging to some relatives of mine how they “set up” Mr. Clark and were laughing about it.

Secondly, I’m not saying Mr. Clark is or is not guilty in this recent allegations. I do not know. Nor am I condoning this type of behavior. But One thing is for sure, he is entitled to a trial and then, and only then, will the jury and / or judge decide if he is guilty or not based on the evidence.

And, the fact that you had a child at the young age of 18 tells me that you apparently have been no angel yourself therefore you have no right to judge anyone.
