Man Found Guilty In School Attack Plot:

Joe Nee, the ringleader of the plot to attack Marshfield High School, was convicted today of conspiracy to commit murder.

It’s not time to celebrate just yet seekers of true justice. The article states that this was the only charge he was convicted of. Nee was looking at charges of promotion of anarchy and threatening to use deadly weapons at school. The article doesn’t specify if he was found innocent of those charges or not.

Tobin Kerns, who in my opinion had nothing to do with the plot after he sought help, was convicted of conspiracy to commit murder and threatening to use deadly weapons at school. He was sentenced to 10 months in jail.

If this is the only charge that Nee is convicted of, he probably won’t see that much time. Personally, I’ll be surprised if he even sees the inside of a jail because of his connections.

    In your opinion, Toby had nothing to do with the plot after he sought help? Wow, because the evidence shows Toby was involved after coming out of the mental hospital. But thats your opinion.

    There were no innocents here. The kids that got immunity were inside plotters on this. If they were not testifying against Toby and Joe they would be on trial too.

    Dumping this on one kid is not right. There is plenty of guilt to go around on this whole thing.

    I do not know where you get your information from, but the evidence proved that Toby had no involvement after he was released from the hospital. Judge Coffin even said during the sentencing that it was clear that Toby had no involvement with Joe Nee, Dan Farley or Joseph Sullivan after he left the hospital. He was convicted of Conspiracy because in Massachusetts you can not “opt” out of a conspiracy. Now we find out that the two goverment witnesses are liars, they are the ones that connected Toby to the conspiracy in the first place.

    The who Nee family is corupt!!! i knw plenty of stories!!! but will not tell here for his mafia father with prob.OUT me to the Fishes!!

    someday!!! the family will see some kind of bars!!! the judge is prob being threaten by this family as we speak! as Daddy always comes through!!

    god if the all the NEE kids kill the whole south shore they get off!! POLIce are corupt cause of these AzzHOles!! i hope they see this to! 😎 Wake UP MASSACHUSETTS THE NEE FAMILY ARE CORUPT!
