Man posts underage pics of ex on Nexopia

21-year-old Brian Johnathan Schultz of Edmonton, Alberta pleaded guilty to charges of distributing child porn. It seems that Schultz was dating a girl who was 16 and photographed their sexual exploits. The girl tried to end the relationship but Schultz couldn’t accept that. Schultz had started posting nude pictures of the girl on his Nexopia profile and was offering more for anyone who requested. When the girl contacted Nexopia the photos were pulled. Schultz then presented the girl with a diamond ring but the girl still refused. Then Schultz had set up a complete website offering photos of the girl.

Canadian law states…

The age of consent is 18 years where the sexual activity involves exploitative activity, such as prostitution, pornography or where there is a relationship of trust, authority or dependency. For other sexual activity, the age of consent is 14 years.

So the sex was legal but the photos were not.

Schultz is set to be sentenced early next year.

First off I’ll probably have my man card revoked for this but ladies, don’t let your SOs take nude photos of you. Eventually, they’ll find their way to the internet. Now to the guys, we’ve all been there. We’ve all had the girlfriend that we wanted back no matter the cost after we got dumped. However, have some dignity and let her go. You’ll both be better off that way.

well first off before the creator of this start to post bullshit he should really know the whole story of it and second of all the girl he posted on the net apperantly was 19yrs of age for what he knew untill he was arrested third the legal age is 16 for all consent and 4th you should know the 2 people involved in this and know that they were living together at the time and that she had all access to his accounts and such so really can you proove it was him or not can you proove anything not just a article that state he plead guilty just to get the problem done and over with and for the record i know both people in this article

      The reason why he plead guilty is inconsequential. Canadian law states that taking explicit pictures of someone under the age of 18 is considered child porn. And it probably didn’t help him that he allegedly acted like an obsessed stalker.

first of he never acted like a stalker second of all judge said clear their was nothing wrong with the pics on his computer for personal use so why repost things that you do not know if it is 100% true and maybe she should not of lied and provided id saying 19 with her sister and mother lieing about her age as well so really it should of been with drawn but it was but then again it ok that a child social worker can take photos of nude children for 2 yrs and have all his charges dropped as well as a cop can too but then again they also work for the government so its ok for them right

no he didnt post shit he was with 3 people at a mall shopping when the pics were on it and he tried to get someone to remove it while she had them up and reported him for it
