7 die in ‘YouTube plan’ shooting:

Now reports are coming in that there are seven dead from the school shooting in Finland at the Jokela School Centre.

There was also a video on his YouTube profile entitled “Jokela High School Massacre – 11/7/2007.” that escaped my notice and now the YouTube profile has been pulled.

And the gunman has been identified as Pekka-Eric Auvinen.

One of his victims is the school principal but it is not known if the principal has survived or not.

    wow i saw the video a few minutes ago and i can´t believe that noone did anything.

    well, there are pictures with eric aiming a gun and pics of his school in the background you can hear KMFDMs stray bullet.

    the video was a warning and nobody did anything, it´s a shame :'(

    http://www.kimmo.org/jokela/ holds a lot of the videos, pics and essays by the shooter.

    The server might be downish though, heavy load as this is still fresh news.

    As far as I know the video was uploaded yesterday evening, so really not that much time for anyone to react. Besides, this kind of stuff just does not happen in Finland. Or has not…
