Judge grants juvenile status hearing for Hainstock

A judge has granted a request to have a hearing on whether or not Eric Hainstock should be tried as an adult. Hainstock shot and killed his principal John Klang of Weston Schools in Wisconsin. Prosecutors are appealing this decision. If Hainstock were to be tried as a juvenile he could only be held until his 25th birthday. Less than 10 years for first-degree intentional homicide is a joke and again would set a dangerous precedent for those that would follow in Hainstock’s footstep. He needs to be tried as an adult and put away forever. The victim John Klang was given a death sentence and he didn’t commit any crime.

Wait… how many horribly abused, sped students, that watch the news are there and how many of those want to shoot there principal. I don’t think his case being in juvenile court would inspire too many kids, not with him being sped and all that. If you want to argue for him to be kept in jail for life you have to do better then that. Like proving he has an adult mind when he was in special education specifically because he didn’t.

If you are going to represent him as your principal you really should try to not appear so chavey… it really doesn’t do the good man that he was justice.

What is it with Americans loving executing special education people… I love it when the Simpsons made fun of that because it does seem like an obsession here.

Care to cite some evidence that this applies to him. Also if thats why are you are attacking Eric, why are you also attacking John Odgren who was by all accounts a kid with a quite severe mental condition in special ed.

I wouldn’t call Asperger’s a severe mental condition since the majority of Asperger’s patients lead productive lives without killing someone.

The episode where they go up to Canada to get prescripton drugs (Midnight Rx was the title I think) and the Canadian goes “Could you show me a mentally retarded person being executed sometime, we don’t get that up here.” Or something like that.

Burden of proof is once again on you as you made a very dumb and hurtful (to people in special education) statement, better at least back it up.

And I think most schizophrinics never kill anyone, does that mean that is not a severe mental condition. At least most aspies do have quite severe breakdowns once in their lives, most of the time our parents don’t trust us with knives though.

Please. The proof is called common sense. I would even say most kids who are in special education programs in American schools are just troublemakers who are too stupid to learn or behave. Kind of like Eric Hainstock.

And schizophrenia can be controlled by medication. As so many articles have pointed out Asperger’s can’t be.

So I’m guessing you’re Asperger’s induced obsession is with my website.

You just lost whatever status you had with me… that comment just proved you were ignorant… my teaching exceptional learners professor will be here tonight I am sure she could give me plenty of facts to refute that.

How does the fact that Schizophrenia being controlled with medicine mean that Asperger’s is not a serious illness. Most people get over Asperger’s breakdowns with time and training, both of which John Odgren never really got. Course you seem to be the type that loves overmedicating society, I got a pill for that you know.
