Sierra Vista Basketball Player Sentenced in Hazing Case:

The Sierra Vista High basketball player who was not found guilty of sexual assault, even though he stuck his finger in another player’s ass, was sentenced for other charges yesterday…

A Sierra Vista High School basketball player was sentenced Friday afternoon for his role in a hazing incident.

A judge ordered the teen to serve thirty days in the Clark County Juvenile Detention Center plus two years probation.

The teen was found delinquent on battery and lewdness charges stemming from a hazing incident involving Sierra Vista’s basketball team.

Players piled on top of the victim, but it was the defendant who took the rough-housing to a violent level.

Prosecutor Mary Brown said, “The primary focus is that they want to get this young man help and to make sure there is not another victim.”

The teen was handcuffed and brought to the detention center immediately after the sentencing.

Maybe now he’ll think twice before giving some kid an involuntary rectal exam.

YOU have NO idea what you’re talking about! You are going completely going on here say and media hype. You don’t know any of the case facts what so ever. Where’d you pull this stuff from, the newspaper? What a joke! Like the media is anything to go by. If you had bothered to attend the trial you would KNOW that 1. Medical examiners stated they found NO evidience of ANY sexual assualt on the “victim” 2. VIDEO evidence pulled form security cameras in the gym show NOTHING happened to the “victim”, in fact, it even shows the victim jumping on a dog pile AFTER his supposed attack and THEN shooting hoop for 10 mins alone in the gym, 3, he didn’t report this “attack” until 11PM THAT NIGHT! (until he figured out what story to come up with!) 4. Eyewitness testomony supported the defendant’s story, 5. the accused is a known trust worthy LAW abiding citizen while the “victim” is a KNOWN liar, 6. The “victims” myspace account had references to him “only doing this to make money”…he is a racist young punk who got pissed at the defendant after he told him to get his shit together at a basketball practice one day triggering this malicious claim to destroy the defendant’s life. Also why don’t you think the other kid’s who “held him down” have no charges against them for accessory to the crime? Because NOTHING happened. This “victim” is a 6’4″ 260lb kid, you think 3-4 smaller kids could hold him down so another kid can mollest him? THESE ARE TEENAGERS!!! They’d be ridiculed for LIFE, there is ZERO motive for any kid to do that to another. ALL it was was a dog pile, a dog pile that happens in EVERY single sport in the WORLD, been watching the World cup lately? or basketball finals? I suppose they should be accused of the same thing then right? The D.A in the case who was working with the “victim” is simply just as evil as this victim, her ONLY motive was purely polictical and to make an example out of somebody, anybody to further her career.
Oh and on another note, the “victim” was recently expelled from his new school because he brought GUNS to school. POST ABOUT THAT, IDIOT!

The reason he went to juvi was because that’s what the D.A wanted and somehow persauded the judge to give him 30 days for gross misconduct or whatever the actual charge was because of the dog pile and nothing more (if you read the papers which you all love to do obviously, it states that)…the case should have been dismissed with all the evidence, the whole thing screams corruption and wouldn’t be the first time the “justice system” in vegas went pair shape as it SO political here. The D.A’s do stuff to further their career and don’t give a crap about how they go about it. Shaddy!!

And the reason why I keep brining up the “media” is ONLY because Trench’s “knowledge” of this case is PURELY based on what the media writes. How many more times do I need to explain that? Is that too much for you to capture?
