   Anytime a gun is brought to school, it should automatically
   be considered as intentional. Seth’s parents are working
   on legislation to pass this into law.

   I dont quite understand this, why did this guy went on a shooting spree at
   school? I never heard about it.

   did he just went nuts or he was being bullied and humiliated?

   I just dont see why people think that killing is going to solve things or
   make that person pay? they pay while they are alived, not dead.

   Hiya Trench. Just found your website tonight, and thought I’d say hi and drop my two cents.

   First off, as the name implies, legal counsel isn’t my speciality. I’m completely baffled by the use of certain words in the legal system. It’s as though words like “premeditated” have a different meaning to the lawyers than they do to me.

   I agree, deliberately bringing a weapon to a place where it’s prohibited, shooting once, then following the wounded and shooting again, all this seems premeditated to me. Even if John changed his mind later and decided he didn’t want those people dead, it doesn’t change that he’d planned and carried through the actions to begin with.

   Anyone out there with more legal know-how than me? Can anyone provide a lawyer’s definition of “premeditated”?

   JUST AN UPDATE IT FINALLY CAME TO MEDIA ATTENTION THAT IT WAS NOT TEASING THAT “MADE” jASON DO THIS IT WAS JEOLOSY PLAIN AND SIMPLE! WHAT A RELIEF FOR SETH’S FAMILY AFTER A YEAR ANDA HALF PEOPLE HAVE FINALLY HEARD THE TRUTH AND SETHS NAME CAN QUIT BEING DRUG THRU THE MUD!! IF YOU HAD KNOWN MY LITTLE COUSIN YOU WOULD ALL REALIZE HE WOULD NEVER TEASE SOMEONE CUZ OF ACNE, GGOD GRIEF WHAT TEENAGE BOY DOSEN’T HAVE ACNE, SETH INCLUDED?! HE WAS GREAT WITH MY KIDS, SILLY TEACHING THEM HOW TO “BODYSLAM” JUST LIKE MY BROTHERS AND I HAD TAUGHT JESSEAND SETH WHEN THEY WERE LITTLE! JUST SO YOU CAN SEE SETH A LITTLE BIT THRU THE EYES OF HIS FAMILY. IT’S HEARTBREAKING TO KNOW WHAT HIS OLDER BROTHER HAS WITNESSED AND HIS LITTLE SISTER IS NOW MISSING HER SILLY,FUNLOVING, GOOFY BIG BROTHER,SO JUST REMEMBER ,JASON NOT ONLY KILLED 2 YOUNG MEN IN COLD BLOOD,HE ALSO DESTROYED THE CHIDHOOD OF SETH’S SIBLINGS AND AARONS TWIN BROTHER AND BIG SISTER

   I think you should all hear what robin has said, “May you never be cursed with something of this magnitude in
   your family. Bad things happen to good people and you can’t
   just put blame where you want. Too many things make things
   happen to place blame. things should be done to prevent this
   happening to others. the bullies of the schools are very
   prevelant,and words live with children forever. the bully
   could even be a mean and angry parentunforgiveing of themself
   and taking itout on the child,face it the world is harsh and
   innnocents pay the price, but as much as you hate what happen
   the boy has issues, he needs to be guided not punished for the
   rest of his life. why doesn’t anyone ever think what if this was me or my family whatwould i want done in that instance. Always put things in
   your zone, how would this be different if it were you? Even
   victim families, they must forgive or they will eventually fall
   themselves. What goes around in some sort always returns to
   the giver. Why hate when solutions are needed? This anger just
   fuels more anger and nothing positive happens. I agree forgivness sometimes is extreamly hard but the energy used hating just makes the world harsher. The hatred we show only shows the younger ones it is ok to be so angry and if it is ok to be so vengeful then why wouldn’t it be ok to do this injustice? Think your reactions through, realize the full potential of your words, to anyone who hears or reads this. Don’t you realize the pain in the youth today they look for excuses to do wrong or feel some condonement from others in any sort. Usually the most angry person, has been hurt by something and is forever trying to get back , but get over it, you are never going to get back at anyone. th the best thing for everyone is forgiveness and healing. Let doctors decide his help, and he will forever live with what he has done, God will judge him, who are we to? ”

   to shos more than Seths family has changed forever, the whole school population lives were changed, all the families involved were changed,even friends of family their lives were changed. But God put us here for trials adn see how we overcome them? with more hate and attitude about “its all about me” or “my house” What a dissapointing people we must be to the ONE who made us.

   so true!! if only everyone lived their lives as if God was sitting next to us, walking next to us, ect. think of what a great place this would be!! but it isn’t and we have to deal with what we have, and it includes kids like Jason who have major problems and they will do anything so they don’t have to answer for their mistakes. I just don’t want another family to go thru something like this at the hands of jason, get him help,if he does not respond to help, lock him up!!!

   True, If he doesn’t respond to help but get the boy some help. The doctors and teachers say he has the maturity level of a 12 year old boy. If he doesn’t respond to the help, yes he still needs to be punished. He did something wrong and deserves punishment. He’s also ill and needs treatment.
