  • Hans Reiser tries to make deal

Hans Reiser Offers To Lead Cops to Nina’s Body:

I love how a metric assload of people said that there was no way they could convict Hans Reiser because there was no body. I love how they said how that he didn’t do it. I love how they said that he was convicted solely because he’s a geek.

Now they’re all silent because their hero is now trying to make a deal to get his sentence reduced if he shows them his wife’s body.

  • New evidence in Katherine Ann Olson murder

New evidence in Craigslist murder case:

Michael John Anderson may just be the dumbest criminal ever. The suspect in the murder of Katherine Ann Olson actually sent a letter to his parents from jail asking them to pay someone to take the rap for him.

Anderson lured Olson to his home with a phony craigslist employment ad and then shot and killed her once she was there.

  • Judge denies new trial for Capano

U.S. District Court Judge Harvey Bartle III concluded that Thomas J. Capano is not entitled to a new trial on charges that he killed Anne Marie Fahey, the scheduling secretary of then-Gov. Tom Carper.

Take that your murderous manipulative psycho. I just wish they’d reinstate his death penalty.

  • Draper’s reduced sentence request denied

Convicted Teen Killer Tried to Have Sentence Reduced:

When Torey Adamcik had his reduced sentence request denied in the murder of Cassie Jo Stoddart I knew his cohort would have his request denied too.

Brian Draper tried to get his life without parole sentence changed to where he would be eligible for parole in 25 years. That request was denied with extreme prejudice…

In the end, Judge McDermott said Brian Draper can live – Cassie can’t. He went on to say she had the worst punishment compared to the teens.

    Bravo. Justice for once.

  • Underwood gets death

    Judge sentences Underwood to die:

The convicted killer of 10-year-old Jamie Rose Bolin has been officially sentenced to death. A jury had recommended the death penalty for Kevin Ray Underwood bit today a judge made it official.

Underwood killed and raped Jamie Rose Bolin, unfortunately in that order, in order to consume her flesh because of a cannibalistic fantasy he had.

The death penalty couldn’t happen to a nicer guy.

  • Child porn found on craigslist killer’s computer

Cops: Child pornography found on accused Craigslist killer’s computer:

While investigating the murder of Katherine Ann Olson police found child porn on the computer of her accused killer, Michael John Anderson.

In the affidavit for the search warrant, a BCA agent described it as “a photograph of two pre-teen boys, clearly under the age of 18, in the nude.” It describes the boys engaged in a sex act.

Anderson is accused of placing a phony ad for a nanny job on craigslist. When Olson responded to the ad at Anderson’s house he allegedly killed her.

  • Mother in Mortal Kombat case pleads guilty to child abandonment

    stick

The mother in the so-called “Mortal Kombat Case” has been sentenced for pleading guilty to child abandonment. Dana Trujillo was sentenced to a year’s unsupervised probation. However, these charges are from an incident that happened in 2003 in New Mexico and are not related to the death of her daughter Zoe Garcia.

Zoe was allegedly killed by her sister Heather Trujillo and her boyfriend Lamar Roberts when they kicked and punched her claiming to have been practicing Mortal Kombat moves.

The charges against Dana Trujillo should give you some insight against who is really to blame in Zoe Garcia’s death. I’ll give you a hint. It’s not Mortal Kombat.

  • NC prostitute killed affter meeting man on craigslist

    prostitute

Warrants: Victim met suspected killer online:

51-year-old Bernard George Lamp of Troutman, North Carolina is accused of killing alleged prostitute Bonnie Lou Irvine of Cornelius, North Carolina. The two met over craigslist where Irvine had placed an ad.

She also directed him to pictures of herself posted on a different Web site that authorities say is popular with men seeking prostitutes, the search warrants said.

And here’s where it gets weird…

Lamp was arrested after sheriff’s deputies stopped him driving Irvine’s 2001 Volvo on March 14, said Iredell sheriff’s Capt. Darren Campbell. Authorities then found Irvine’s body buried at Lamp’s girlfriend’s home in Troutman.

According to search warrants, Lamp also met the girlfriend on Craigslist.

And it doesn’t end there. Lamp was on probation for the attempted rape of another prostitute that happened at a truck stop on I-77 in Troutman.

Is the money so great in prostitution that these women are willing to risk their lives each time they meet with a john? I doubt it is at a truck stop.

UPDATE: I guess the money is that great. Check out the video from a local news station and see some of the houses these local call girls lived in.

UPDATE 2/22/2014: Lamp was sentenced to death for Ms. Irvine’s murder.

The last person to be executed in North Carolina was Samuel Russell Flippen. He was executed in 2006 for the blunt force trauma death of his 2-year-old stepdaughter in 1994.

UPDATE 5/30/2016: Lamp died earlier today of natural causes. He probably died more peacefully than he deserved or afforded his victim.

  • Adamicik’s reduced sentence request denied

Pocatello Teen Denied Reduced Life Sentence:

17-year-old Torey Adamcik is one of the teens convicted in the brutal murder of 16-year-old Cassie Jo Stoddart. Along with his mutant buddy Brian Draper, the pair was sentenced to life without parole. Adamcik’s attorney requested a reduced sentence. Let’s hear from the attorney in question, Aaron Thompson…

“He is just a boy. A 17-year-old boy. A boy with absolutely no hope. A boy with absolutely no future,” said Aaron Thompson, Torey Adamcik’s Attorney.

He’s got a hell of a lot more future than Cassie Jo Stoddart has.

“So what if Torey is in a tiny little room? My granddaughter will never leave her casket,” said Paul Cisneros, Cassie Jo Stoddart’s grandfather.

Anyway, the request for reduced sentencing was denied and the judge laid the ol’ legal smackdown…

“He is guilty. He was found guilty. And he’s guilty as conduct. They jury has spoken. I don’t believe Mr. Adamcik should ever be released from prison. I’m going to deny your motion,” said Judge Peter McDermott, Bannock County.

It’s so refreshing to see a judge tell it like it is.

Adamcik’s cohort Draper will be in court on a similar request in 2 weeks. I’d be surprised if the scenario didn’t repeat itself.

  • Jury recommends death for Underwood

Jury recommends death in Underwood case:

It took eight hours for the Oklahoma jury to recommend the death sentence for Kevin Ray Underwood. I wonder what took them so long.

If anybody deserves the death penalty it’s Underwood. He killed, raped, and dismembered 10-year-old Jamie Rose Bolin, in that order. He also wanted to consume her flesh because he thought he was a cannibal.

In my opinion, there will be no justice until Underwood no longer draws a breath.
