Woman Attacked After Craigslist Meeting:
40-year-old Wayne Graves was arrested for assaulting a woman he met on craigslist. The woman from Upper Marlboro, Md. was found by police unclothed and injured.
The injuries must have been pretty severe since Graves has been charged with attempted first-degree murder.
I am not blaming the victim at all. If the charges are true then Graves is a grade-A scumbag. However, this is just another reason why not to hook up with people on craigslist.
Man charged with soliciting 12-year-old through her dad:
Back in September, I posted a story about a guy who responded to a craigslist ad for a handyman in Maine. The handyman posted in his ad that he was trying to feed his family. The slime who responded to his ad instead offered money to have sex with the man’s 12-year-old daughter. That slime was thankfully arrested and his name is Michael Berk.
It seems that Berk was wanted by the Secret Service for his actions and is now in their custody.

Berk had offered the handyman $300 for three ‘visits’ each week with his daughter. Luckily the handyman he was expecting was replaced with a Maine State Trooper with a microphone.
When authorities searched Berk’s computer there were images of Thai children performing sexual acts from an alleged child sex tour Berk took of Thailand.
Berk was released by Maine authorities on $1000 bail. Good job there Maine.
He was arrested in Frederick County, Maryland for loitering in a motel parking lot. It was then he tripped Secret Services radar.
This is why they should give the death penalty to serial child molesters like this scumbag. God only knows how many victims this perversion of humanity has had.

What I find interesting is that the police seemed to have Humphries as a suspect going back to May. I’d be interested to know why they couldn’t close in on him before July.
Suspected Craigslist Rapist Shoots Self, Police Say:
Back in February, I posted about the alleged Maryland craigslist serial rapist.
A person police believe to be that rapist shot himself in the head yesterday in Hyattsville, Maryland, Police believe that 33-year-old Mark Antonio Humphries is the person who has used craigslist in the past to rape at least 9 women, most of who were escorts.
Humphries shot himself in the head when police approached the apartment he was hiding in. Unfortunately, he survived the shooting. Scratch that he didn’t survive.
Now that I think about it wouldn’t those escorts who were raped be considered victims?
Pr. George’s Police Suspect Online Prowler in Six Rapes:
Police in Prince George’s County, Maryland are saying that a serial rapist is using craigslist among other websites to find his victims. So far he’s committed six rapes in the county which began in August.
Allegedly he meets women online to set up sexual encounters then rapes his victims.
Police said they want to know whether others have been assaulted and ask that anyone with information call 301-772-4908.
I’m not going to criticize someone’s lifestyle but if you’re someone who is into what the article calls ‘sex dates’ you may want to rethink your choices for your own safety.
