  • Rub my breasts

Man Wearing Bra, Slip Asks Woman To Rub His Breasts, Police Say:

Here’s another reason why not to invite craigslist buyers to your house.

A woman from Central Florida placed an ad on craigslist selling some of her bras. The person who showed up was 56-year-old Ronald Grocoff. He wasn’t buying them for his wife, or his daughter, or his mistress. Nope, they were for him…sort of.

When Grocoff got to the woman’s residence he asked to try on the bras. He did and also tried on a slip. Now here’s where it gets weird. Grocoff asked the woman to grab his pseudo-rack then started grinding against her and grabbed her boob.

Grocoff said, “I’m getting turned on,” according to the woman. “This is making me hot.”

Grocoff asked the woman if he could masturbate, the arrest report said.

The woman’s boyfriend restrained Grocoff until police arrived.

Who in the blue hell thinks you can just walk into a stranger’s home and start cranking one out while wearing her old underwear? Ew.

I know you probably wouldn’t want to be selling your bras in public but I wouldn’t let any craigslist ‘buyer’ into my house.

  • Pedophile answers 14-year-old’s personal ad

    Mark Nernberg
    Mark Nernberg

Mt. Washington man charged with sexual abuse of a minor:

Creepy child molester looking guy over there is 38-year-old Mark Nernberg of Mt. Washington, PA. He was arrested for…you guessed it…child molestation.

He allegedly responded to the 14-year-old boy’s personal ad on craigslist. I’ll get to that in a second.

Anyway, police found the pair in a park engaged in what police called “inappropriate activity”.

Now back to the personal ad. I’m not going to even try to guess why this kid placed a personal ad on craigslist but I think I have a good reason why. However where were this kid’s parents when he was posting a personal ad on craigslist?

Have you ever read the personals on craigslist? There are some pretty depraved people out there.

I bet you think I’m going to ask why wasn’t his personal ad flagged by the ‘community’ for being underage. Well, I just went over the craigslist TOU and I couldn’t find any kind of age restrictions on it.

    Nice business practice.

  • Quotes from Craig

Craigslist’s creator says big things in store:

Just some quotes from craigslist founder Craig Newmark that I’d like to discuss…

“We’re the online equivalent to a flea market,” said Craig Newmark, Craigslist.org creator.

That’s funny, I’ve never seen a hooker at a flea market.

“We’ve operated on this notion, ‘Treat people how you would like to be treated,’” said Newmark.

So people want to be scammed and harassed then?

“There are companies that give people lip service, but we do try to follow through with that,” said Newmark. “We don’t do it perfectly, but we try.”

craigslist is the definition of lip service because that’s all anyone ever gets when someone has a problem with craigslist. Just try to get them to remove a harassing ad. It’s almost impossible.

“Remember the idea of shared values and the notion of committment.”

Why should we remember? You’ve obviously forgotten.

  • Man who solicited handyman’s daughter re-arrested

Man charged with soliciting 12-year-old through her dad:

Back in September, I posted a story about a guy who responded to a craigslist ad for a handyman in Maine. The handyman posted in his ad that he was trying to feed his family. The slime who responded to his ad instead offered money to have sex with the man’s 12-year-old daughter. That slime was thankfully arrested and his name is Michael Berk.

It seems that Berk was wanted by the Secret Service for his actions and is now in their custody.

The article I linked to also gives additional details about Berk’s arrest.

Berk had offered the handyman $300 for three ‘visits’ each week with his daughter. Luckily the handyman he was expecting was replaced with a Maine State Trooper with a microphone.

When authorities searched Berk’s computer there were images of Thai children performing sexual acts from an alleged child sex tour Berk took of Thailand.

Berk was released by Maine authorities on $1000 bail. Good job there Maine.

He was arrested in Frederick County, Maryland for loitering in a motel parking lot. It was then he tripped Secret Services radar.

This is why they should give the death penalty to serial child molesters like this scumbag. God only knows how many victims this perversion of humanity has had.

  • Used car scam alive in Houston

Investigators warn of Craigslist car scam:

Speaking of the craigslist used car scam Houston Police are warning people not to fall for it after 4 people in the Houston area already have.

They say the suspects contact the victim via e-mail, posing as a representative of the company eBay.inc and provide instructions to the victims as to how to make payment arrangements for the vehicle purchased.

Of course, those instructions are to wire the money using MoneyGram and then the scammers make off with the cash.

As far as I know, MoneyGram is a legit service but much like craigslist, it seems to be a useful tool for scam artists.

Remember kids, never wire the money.

  • We get letters

I received the following comment from someone calling themselves Kali on my post about the Erotic Services Backlash

To the vigilante posse who have taken it upon themselves to dictate how others should live their lives, I wish many curses to rain down upon your home and your loved ones. May you reap the karma that you are sowing a thousand times over, may you get into freak accidents and may you get attacked by swarms of bees, bitten by bown recluses and black widow spiders and may large trees fall upon you crushing you to death and dismemberment

You deserve everything that the counter posse is doing to you ( glad to hear that they are fucking up Jon’ world, yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay) and much, much more..

so mote it b e, it is done.

    Kali

In case you don’t remember Jon had his family threatened and his personal info posted online.

What’s a matter Kali, was it cutting into your meth money?

Personally, I don’t see it as a matter of morality. What you’re doing is illegal and people like Jon are doing exactly what craigslist suggests people do and flag the ads for obvious illegal activity. Criminals should never talk about reaping what you sow, especially those in the sex trade. You’re just inviting a nasty STD on you if you don’t have one already.

  • Obvious headline of the day

Craigslist is hotbed of online prostitution:

Actually, this is a great article from the Knoxville News Sentinel that looks at craigslist prostitution from the police side and the side of the slimy pimps.

However, the article mentions one thing that one former reader touched on before, the alleged disclaimers that craigslist pimps and hookers put on their ads.

Advertisements on Craigslist that feature suggestive language and photographs often also feature a disclaimer. Several on the Knoxville site read:

“Money exchanged is for my time and companionship services only. Anything else that may or may not occur is a matter of personal choice between two consenting adults of legal age and is not contracted for, nor is it requested to be contracted for any other matter.

“This is not an offer of prostitution and calling me constitutes acceptance of these terms.”

Of course, police have the same opinion of them as I do…

“That’s baloney,” said Greg Norris of the Johnson City department, explaining that if a sex act occurs and money is exchanged, such statements about “matters of personal choice between two consenting adults” don’t hold up in court.

I hope our friend in the assless chaps is still reading.

  • Another reader sends in tutor scam

I received the following e-mail from Ben who noticed an ad on craigslist about someone needing an English tutor…

Wow, this guy explains the whole scam up front. I’d like to know if some people from other countries actually do legitimate business using the third-party payment plan like this. Somehow I doubt it.

  • Reader almost robbed while car shopping

I can’t believe the amount of reader e-mail I keep getting. For a small site like this, it’s a lot. I don’t mind at all. I’m just glad that people are becoming educated about craigslist scams.

The following comes to us from Martin who was trying to buy a car off of craigslist…

Hi there. I am glad I stumbled upon your site. I just wanted to post the worst craigslist experience I’ve had. Overall, I do get good experiences but this time was a run with a major con artist who advertised a vehicle for a price that was a bargain but not too cheap where it seemed too good to be true. In fact, he answered his phone and was ready to show the

vehicle and his ad said he had the pink slip.

I brought 6k in cash with me and met this seller who really played the part well as a rich early twenties kid who needed the money fast to fix his primary vehicle. I test drive the car and ask him if I could have a mechanic down the street take a quick look. This was not part of his plan

but he agrees. I then ask him about the pink slip. He states to have left it at home (he now claims that his brother posted the ad for him)..and we could drive the car together and get the pinkslip at his house. While the car was in the shop, I told him instead of waiting, lets go get the slip…he agrees.. but once in my car, he demands the cash upfront and I resist. I believe his accomplices were worried on what’s taking him so long. He freaks out and tells me to turn around and cancel the deal.

I am puzzled as to why he cancelled. I went home and lo and behold, I googled the name of the registered owner and turns out to be an older couple! The wife of the owner had a blog on myspace venting that their car (the car I was buying) was stolen that same morning.

Turns out the crook responded to the owner’s sale ad and stole the car pretending he was going to test drive it but took off before the owner could get into the passenger side.

Seems like I foiled his final attempt to swap the vehicle for cold hard cash that I had. I am shocked as to what my fate could’ve been if I did not delay him and took him to where he wanted me to take him. I could’ve been robbed, ambushed or shot just for my cash. I am working with law officials now to apprehend. We have surveillance and prints ready and ill keep you

    updated on our results.

Thank you, Martin. Hopefully, now more people will be wary when buying a used car from craigslist and hopefully ask the right questions like you did.

  • A fake ad for rape

Fake ads on Web site make woman a target:

    Complete craigslist anonymity strikes again.

A woman by the name of Amber from Atlanta, Ga. had a harassing ad posted about her on craigslist. It wasn’t your typical ‘for a good time call’ type harassment either.

Her name, address, and phone number were listed on the ad that said she was into rape fantasies. To make matters worse the ad said for guys to just come on in and ‘start the fantasy’. So whoever took out the ad was hoping she would get raped.

Not only did she receive phone calls and text messages about the ad but she said she also had guys showing up at her house with some of them trying to get in.

I don’t know which is scarier, the ad itself or the guys who actually believed it and tried getting into her house.
