Man gets 90 days in jail assaulting teen met on Myspace:
Pete Solis has pleaded out to a 90-day sentence for sexually assaulting a teenage girl he met on MySpace. Solis was looking at federal charges if he did not agree to the plea. Solis will be a registered sex offender.
If his name sounds familiar, it’s because his victim was ‘Julie Doe’ whose mother failed at suing MySpace for $30M.
Man sentenced for having sex with minor he met on MySpace:
Back in October I posted about the arrest of 30-year-old Michael David Gray of Grover Beach, California. He was arrested for having sex with a 15-year-old girl that he met over MySpace and supplying her with drugs. All sorts of people came out of the woodwork defending Mr. Gray, saying there’s no way the charges are true because he’s not capable of such a heinous act.
Well, the court seems to disagree, as he was sentenced to 60-days behind bars for unlawful sexual intercourse, aka statutory rape. He’ll also have three years of probation and 20 hours of community service. He also cannot have any drugs or alcohol or have any contact with the girl.
Guilty Plea In Assault Of Teen Met Through MySpace:

Back in 2006, they were arrested for the rape of a 14-year-old girl they met over MySpace. It’s alleged that those two and an underage cohort of theirs got this girl drunk to the point where they raped her.
His sentencing will be in late May.
No word yet on Alveiro and Pacheco themselves.
Myspace used to find rape victims?:
21-year-old Aaron Clow is not only accused of having sex with a 13-year-old girl, but he’s also accused of raping several other underage girls.
A man arrested for having sex with a 13-year-old girl also is suspected of contacting underage girls via MySpace.com, befriending their families, and then raping the girls. Aaron Clow, 21, was taken into custody after a Taylorsville teenager told police she had a relationship with him for three years – since she was 13.
The scariest part is that these parents fell for his line of bull. I would have never let my daughter be alone with any 21-year-old.

Charges: Man had sex with girl after meeting on MySpace:
That’s 34-year-old David Nack of Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin. He’s been charged with sexually assaulting a 17-year-old girl in 2005. Wisconsin’s age of consent is 18.
According to the Wisconsin Dells Police Department, the girl said she met Nack after he replied to her profile on MySpace (an online social networking Web site) and that she drove to meet him Nov. 2, 2005, to have sex. They met at a Walgreens store before going to his downtown Wisconsin Dells apartment, according to a criminal complaint.
The two smoked marijuana and Nack showed a pornographic movie on a television, the complaint states. Nack took pictures of the girl before they had sex, according to the complaint, and stopped when she began to cry and told him to stop.
Nack told police the girl changed into a short skirt and let him take pictures of her.
I don’t know about you, but where I come from if a woman says stop, and you keep going that’s called rape.
Nack is being charged with child exploitation, sexual intercourse with a child, child enticement, and delivering marijuana to a minor.
It’s a little ironic that Nack has on his MySpace “Remember: karma is a bitch and it will come back to later in the game.”
Nack is looking at 42 years of karma.
Arrest Made in Alleged MySpace Sex Abuse:
23-year-old Anthony McGrew has been arrested for sexually abusing two underage girls, one of which he met on MySpace.
The Story County Sheriff’s Office says 23-year-old Anthony McGrew of Melbourne met one of the girls on MySpace.
They met in person two weeks later. That’s when authorities say McGrew sexually abused the 14-year-old Nevada girl. “At 23 years old, you’d know the difference as far as what’s appropriate and what’s not as far as a 14-year-old,” says Lt. Dru Toresdahl.
The next time they agreed to meet, the girl brought a friend. Authorities say both were sexually abused. The Sheriff’s office was contacted by the girl’s parent, who found a note she had written a friend.
So what kind of excuse do you think the enablers will make this time?

Queens couple used 2 Internet teen girls for sex, prosecutors say:
22-year-old Sophie Soto and her husband, 31-year-old Julio Rojas, have been arrested for an assortment of charges. I’ll let the article explain the travesties they’ve committed…
The sordid saga began in late 2006, when Sophie Soto, 22, used the MySpace social networking site to contact one of the girls, prosecutors said Monday in a statement. Soto told the girl that she was an 18-year-old virgin who had sexual relations with girls and was planning to have sex with a boy but was nervous and wanted the girl to be with her, they said.
The girl wrote back to Soto and said she would be there and would take a friend along, and their relationship developed through telephone and Internet instant-message conversations, prosecutors said.
When the girls showed up at Soto’s Queens apartment in January 2007, she liquored them up and took them into a bedroom, where she sexually abused them before her husband, Julio Rojas, 31, had sexual intercourse with all three, District Attorney Richard Brown said.
Later that night, the couple took the girls, who were under 15 but were given fake identification cards, to a Manhattan strip club, where Soto and an exotic dancer dragged them on stage, slipped their clothes off and made them have oral sex with patrons, the district attorney said.
Together, the pair face a 56-count indictment including charges of rape, sexual abuse, and using a child in a sexual performance.
While the ultimate responsibility for these crimes ultimately lays with the multiple rapist scumbags that did this to these poor girls, it still has to be asked.
Where in the hell were these girls’ parents?
Why aren’t the attorneys general looking into that?
Hillsborough County man met girls on MySpace in order to have sex:
Mr. Clean, over there, is 37-year-old Edward Oberwise of Hillsborough County, Florida. He’s been arrested for allegedly having sex with a 12-year-old girl he met on MySpace.
Police were tipped off by the girl’s 14-year-old friend, who told her parents.
So let’s hear it, sex offender defenders. Please tell me how you think that this man who was 25 years older than his victim was not at fault.

Ravena man pleads guilty to raping teen he met on MySpace:
I originally posted about Sean Lennon here. He was arrested over the summer for having sex with a 14-year-old girl he met on MySpace. The 21-year-old from Ravena, New York pleaded guilty to one count of Use of a Child in a Sexual Performance and one count of Rape in the Third Degree, both felonies.
Under the terms of the plea bargain, Lennon will serve seven years in prison and ten years post release supervision. He also must to register as a sex offender and have no contact with the victim.
Police: Man Lured Minor From MySpace:
The surprised looking dude over there is 26-year-old Douglas Brian Wall of Ferndale, Michigan. He’s in jail for having sex with a 15-year-old girl that he lured to his house via MySpace. He’s also accused of supplying drugs and alcohol to minors. A regular pillar of the community, this guy is.
A parent tipped off police shortly before midnight on New Year’s Eve. The parent said he discovered his minor children had been at Wall’s home.
A search of his home turned up marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
The investigation also revealed that Wall had sex with a 15-year-old girl from “a nearby city” several times over a two-month period. Police said other juveniles, some as young as 14, were in the house during the encounters, drinking and using drugs.
I wonder how many parents were totally unaware of their kid’s behavior. All it takes is a little check-up on their computer.
