  • An open letter from Tobin Kerns

    If you’ve been reading this site for any length of time I’m sure you’ll recognize the name Tobin Kerns. He’s the guy who in my opinion was wrongly jailed for plotting a school shooting against Marshfield High in Massachusetts. Over the years since his arrest, I have been in touch with members of his family and tonight I received an e-mail from Tobin himself. He asked me to post this in response to his detractors. Some on this site and some in the real world…

    Listen. I don’t know who you are, but you are clearly not qualified to make any sort of analysis. you have never even met me. That’s right I said me. This is Tobin Kerns, And you, miss, are a moron. I know you probably will not see this, as it was posted in Nov of 07, but god I hope you do. First of all before you start making any sort of judgments you should get your facts straight. In my trial both Joe Sullivan and Dan Farley stated that I was not involved with them when they went to police. They also said that they specifically went to the police to set me up because Joe Nee convinced them I was going to blow the whistle on their plot. I still got convicted because The system sucks. You should also know I was one of the most individualistic people in school. To be honest I was way to busy partying and screwing everything that walked to plan something like this. Hitler was an asshole and a moron. And the only reason people become therapists is because they do not want to deal with their own issues, so they get a job they can tell everyone else what is wrong with them. None of you can even agree with each other. Psychology is not a science, FDA approved drugs are a means of controlling the populace and suppressing individuality, and Freud wanted to f*** his mother. You are obviously ill informed so do the right thing and get informed.

  • Lawyer wants journal kept private

    Lawyer: Keep private journal of SC teen accused in bomb plot:

    It seems that the lawyer representing Ryan Schallenberger has finally started doing his job. He’s requested that Schallenberger’s private journal that details his plot against Chesterfield High School not to be made public.

    That’s not the same as making the journal inadmissible. Attorney Michael Meetze feels that making the journal public would taint the jury pool.

  • Penn High suspect charged as juvenile…for now

    Ind. teen accused in high school plot faces juvenile charge:

    The unnamed 16-year-old student, Russell James Frantom, of Penn High School in Indiana has been charged with the juvenile equivalent of conspiracy to commit murder. He’s not off the ‘charged as an adult’ hook yet. Prosecutors have until May 9th to decide whether or not they will charge the unnamed teen, Russell James Frantom, as an adult.

    The mystery teen, Russell James Frantom, was ordered last week to undergo a psychiatric evaluation.

  • Schallenberger competent?

    Psychiatrist says S.C. teen accused in plot is competent:

    The bizarro world proceedings of the Ryan Schallenberger case continue. Yesterday a psychiatrist for the defense says that Schallenberger is indeed competent to stand trial.

    That’s right, the kid who wanted to blow up his school so he could kill Jesus is allegedly competent to stand trial.

    His defense attorney is either a genius or an idiot. We’ll just have to wait and see which one he is.

  • The Rio Rancho Perverto

    Man accused of rape after meeting girl online:

    Meet 37-year-old Louis Tirone of Rio Rancho, New Mexico. He’s accused of raping a 12-year-old girl that he met over MySpace. According to police Tirone claims that the girl said she was 37 on her MySpace then claimed she was 23, then 17. Dude, if you can’t tell the difference between a 37 and 12-year-old you have serious problems.

    Tirone picked the girl up from a sleepover then took her back to his place where they had sex.

    The girl’s mom discovered a message from Tirone on her MySpace about it and called the police. Tirone was apprehended at his job at Wal-Mart.

    Personally, I don’t think the ‘she said she was 37, 23, and 17’ defense is going to work. 23-year-old girls don’t even joke about being 37.

    Also, it’s obvious that mom knew about the girl’s MySpace as well. The minimum age for MySpace is 14, not 12.

  • Ansen Brown captured

    Florida Man, Accused In MySpace Molestation, Caught In Upstate:

    I posted about Ansen Brown yesterday. He’s the guy from Hollywood, Florida who flew a 15-year-old girl from California to Florida and molested her. He had posted on his MySpace blog that he would fly someone out who was interested in being in porn.

    Well, he won’t be making any movies anytime soon unless he’s part of an Investigation Discovery documentary about prison life.

    Mr. Brown was apprehended at an Econo Lodge in Greenville, South Carolina where he’s currently awaiting extradition.

  • Schallenberger to undergo exam

    Judge orders evaluation for S.C. teen accused in school plot:

    As a surprise to absolutely no one, except maybe his own attorney, batshit crazy McVeigh wannabe Ryan Schallenberger has been ordered by a federal judge to undergo a mental evaluation. (Holy run-on sentence Batman)

    I guess his attorney is going for the touchdown by trying to get him free instead of settling for the field goal by using the insanity defense. Just a guess.

  • Victimless in Vallejo

    Mother, Son Accused Of Pimping 15-Year Old Girl. Girl Allegedly Pimped Out To More Than 1200 Men:

    37-year-old Lavern Vaughn and her son, 20-year-old Lavor Carter, of Vallejo, California have been arrested for pimping out a 15-year-old girl. The pair posted almost 700 ads on craigslist pimping the girl out in Northern California.

    The victim couldn’t just leave either…

    The federal indictment alleges carter would whip her with a belt and plastic rod, burn her with a lighter, or strike her. She reportedly tried to leave Carter on multiple occasions, but he told her that if she left, she would not leave alive.

    In the same indictment, Carter allegedly duct taped the minor to a chair inside an apartment and left her there for 12 hours. Other accusations include pouring boiling water on her leg and chest, and locking her in a garage all night long.

    If this story couldn’t be any sicker read what the suspects’ relative said when confronted by the media…

    We asked Gail Vaughn, mother and grandmother of the woman and young man arrested by FBI agents, if they were really pimping out a young girl. “No,” she said. “The girl they’re accused of pimping [isn’t] a kid. She’s 16 and has a two-year old daughter.”

    But she’s still a minor under the law. “Yeah, but we didn’t know that.”

    Who the hell doesn’t know that minors are under 18 and why is that supposed to make a difference?

    And that’s right I said victim. You can take your victimless crime and shove it.

  • 21-year-old rapes 14-year-old he met over MySpace

    Gadsden man charged with rape of teen he met on MySpace:

    21-year-old Jared Heath Gaskey has been arrested in the rape of a 14-year-old he met over MySpace.

    Gaskey left his home in Gadsden, Alabama and drove to Greenville, South Carolina and picked her up at middle school. Then he drove her all the way back to Gadsden. While in Gadsden Gaskey received a call from Greenville police informing him that the girl was 14 and to turn himself in. Gaskey went to his local police department but it was closed. So rather than calling the police he went back to his place and had sex with the 14-year-old girl.

    Not surprisingly the dude is a Juggalo.

  • Police looking for would be child porn producer

    Hollywood Cops Hunt MySpace Sexual Predator:

    Police in Hollywood Florida are looking for 32-year-old Ansen Brown.

    Brown made a blog post that asked who wanted to be a porn star. The blog post said if he thought they were good enough he would fly them to Miami.

    Apparently, he thought a 15-year-old girl was good enough because that’s who he flew from California to Florida. He’s accused of molesting her once they got back to Brown’s place.

    The girl was found but Brown has disappeared.
