  • Werribee assailant wants film career

Werribee sex DVD maker aims to direct films:

Remember the story from last year about the kids from Werribee in Australia? They were the ones who filmed themselves sexually assaulting a developmentally challenged girl. Then they sold the DVD, entitled ‘C**t the Movie’, to their classmates through MySpace.

They basically got off with a slap on their collective wrists. Now one of them fancies himself a filmmaker.

“I came runner-up in a film festival for a film about my sister,” he told the Herald Sun.

“It’s all going really, really good at the moment.

“I’m still in school, I’m writing some more short films at the moment and I’ve just done a Ford commercial.

“I’ve got plenty of time and I’m just trying my best.”

Meanwhile, the victim still has to live with the humiliation for the rest of her life.

    Nice job Werribee.

  • More on Marko

Slaying Suspect Mother Says Son Should Get Death Penalty:

The mother of Robert Hull Marko believes her own son should get the death penalty for what he allegedly did to Judi Lawrence.

If you’ll recall 21-year-old soldier Marko met 19-year-old Judi Lawrence over MySpace. He’s accused of taking the developmentally challenged girl up to the mountains in Colorado, having ‘rough sex’ with her (ie, rape) and slitting her throat.

On Marko’s MySpace his mom, Elizabeth Hull, left the following comment on his MySpace…

“Open (your) eyes up. This could have been one of you. I am devastated by what my son has done and I will never know how her poor mother must be going through right now, but he has not only destroyed his (life) but he has destroyed her family and his own family. I believe with all of my heart even though I am his mother I will always love him, but he deserves the death penalty for what he has done.”

If you’ll remember yesterday when I checked Marko’s MySpace there was at least one female who was swearing her undying allegiance to him.

In interviews with Ms. Hull, she reiterated her stance even though she removed the comment from his MySpace.

Marko also bragged of killing people in Iraq but there is no proof that ever happened.

Colorado does, in fact, have the death penalty but have only executed 1 person since 1977.

Personally, I think Marko should be #2 but I won’t hold my breath on that one.

  • Registered sex offender ran ‘business’ on MySpace

Attorney General Arrests Sex Offender Running “Exotic Dancer” Business Through MySpace.com:

I don’t think the AG arrested him personally but you get the idea.

Anyway, 34-year-old Clarence Augustine of Dallas, TX was arrested for running a ‘modeling and exotic dancer’ *cough*human trafficking*cough* service through MySpace called Erotiq Entertainment.

To make matters worse Augustine is a registered sex offender. He was sent to jail in 1999 for three years for sexually assaulting an underage girl. Then after his release, he didn’t comply with his required sex offender registration requirements.

A sex offender re-offending. Who would have thought? What ‘they’ need to do is start making SO colonies kind of like the leper colonies of old. This way everyone will know where they are at all times.

  • Did Lori Drew have a second ‘victim’?

Second teenager may be tied to MySpace hoax:

Lo and behold the evil Lori Drew may have had a second victim in her alleged MySpace harassment game.

As most of you know 13-year-old Megan Meier committed suicide after her MySpace friend, the supposed Lori Drew created Josh Evans, told her that the world would be better off without her.

Now it turns out that another teenage girl may have been strung along by the fictitious Josh Evans.

However Drew’s attorney is using this second girl to cast doubt on the federal prosecutor’s case.

In his motion, Steward seeks the phone records of S.D. to prove that prosecutors mistakenly linked Meier to a message that S.D. actually sent to the fake account.

Steward said “S.D.” was “a juvenile that was part of a group of teenagers who were texting and e-mailing each other. There were a couple of boys involved.”

Since Drew is being prosecuted for fraud and not for Megan’s suicide I don’t think this is the best lawyering tactic but then again I’m not a lawyer.

It also sounds like Lori Drew was enjoying herself posing as a teenage boy.

Woman’s got more issues than Reader’s Digest.

  • The rape and murder of Judi Lawrence

Decatur soldier accused in rape, murder led chilling life online:

I’m sure by the time I post this you’ve already heard about the arrest of 21-year-old Robert Hull Marko. He’s a soldier who was stationed at Fort Carson and had served in Iraq.

He was arrested in the rape and murder of 19-year-old Judilianna “Judi” Lawrence. The pair had met and communicated through MySpace. Lawrence was said to have had a learning disability. She met Marko for the first time on Friday and never returned.

When police approached Marko about her disappearance he claimed they got into an argument and he left her in the mountains. He eventually led police to her body.

When you look at Marko’s MySpace it seems that he lived in a fantasy world. From his ‘About Me’ section…

I’m pure blooded Black Raptor born as human and one day will join the ranks of my fellow people, until till them i will keep fighting against humans and will do so till the day i die, i’m becomeing a true Black Raptor already, i’m becomeing a cold hearted killer and can kill without mercy or reason. Also it is my lifes goal to bring down the word of god by fear and by doing all those that belive in fucking false god will come to fear my name and the name of my people The Black Raptors.

The article states that this was based on an online role-playing game (RPG) but I think that it’s half from the game and half Marko’s own sick fantasies.

According to some of the comments left on his MySpace in the wake of his arrest one woman says that she still loves him and will stick by him (fool) but another recounts the horror of the accusations.

Scum like Marko are the lowest of the low. He took advantage of a trusting girl who didn’t know any better with a loving family. I wouldn’t doubt it if he planned on raping and killing her all along. Another social site profile of Marko’s said he was looking “for any kind of female that likes pain”. I’m thinking that Judi Lawrence was not that woman.

Thanks to Tony for the tip.

  • Parent presents package pictures to police, pervert pinched

Police: Man Sends Girl Cell Pics Of Genitals:

20-year-old Jonathan Roush of Ohio has been arrested for sending naked pictures of himself to a 13-year-old girl he met over Vampirefreaks.

The girl’s father discovered the photos of Roush’s member at full attention along with explicit text messages.

This time you can’t even use the ‘she said she was 16’ defense because according to the article her VF profile clearly states that she is 13.

And to add insult to perversion…

The judge set Roush’s bond at $500,000. Newsome said when the high bond was set, a group of onlookers in the Franklin County courtroom cheered.

I love it when people cheer the bad fortunes of criminals.

  • Social sites can boot sex offenders

MySpace can now expel sex offenders:

Yesterday President Bush (remember him?) signed a bill into law yesterday that grants sites like MySpace and Facebook to have access to a national database of registered sex offenders.

With that access, the sites would be able to cross-reference their user base and expel any registered sex offenders on it.

Sex offenders who do not register their e-mail addresses and other internet information could face up to 10 years in prison.

I actually think this is an enormous step to getting sex offenders off of places like MySpace but again I have to note that it doesn’t do anything to keep off the sex offenders that haven’t been caught yet.

Parents still need to remain vigilant in their kids’ internet usage. If you don’t know how to monitor their net habits educate yourself.

Parents should always be the first line of defense.

  • Jacques pleads not guilty

    Jacques Pleads Not Guilty:

Michael Jacques, the accused killer of 12-year-old Brooke Bennett, had his lawyers plead not guilty for him yesterday. The scumbag couldn’t even man up and show his face in court.

It could be six months before the feds decide on pursuing the death penalty or not.

  • Lori Drew asks again for dismissal

MySpace Suicide Defendant Asks Again For Case Dismissal:

The attorneys representing Lori Drew are once again asking for a dismissal in her federal fraud case. If you do not recall Lori Drew allegedly posed as a teenage boy by the name of Josh Evans on MySpace in order to harass 13-year-old Megan Meier. Megan was so distraught that she committed suicide.

Her attorneys argue that the federal statute that she was charged under only applies to interstate theft.

The prosecution claims the Drew committed theft of information by obtaining information about Megan Meier through deceit.

A hearing will be held on the matter on Oct 30th.

  • Michael Jacques got away with rape

    Michael Jacques’ Other Victim:

If you’ve been reading this site for a while you’ll know that one of the stories regularly featured here is the story of Brooke Bennett.

12-year-old Brooke disappeared and was allegedly raped and killed by her uncle Michael Jacques. Jacques was a sex offender who went through Vermont’s ‘treatment’ for sex offenders and was released early from his sentence.

Now Channel 3 in Burlington, Vermont have uncovered information that there was a victim of Jacques that he never went to jail for.

At the time of her rape in 1987, the woman was only 13 years old. Jacques was 20 at the time. According to her, Jacques used to lure girls to his place all the time with booze and drugs.

However, the records of this mysteriously disappeared and public officials weren’t saying anything about it.

I highly recommend reading the entire article. It just goes to show how some people are more worried about the feelings of a repeat sex offender than they are the safety of the public at large.
