  • Charges dropped against 3 accused in Victoria Lindsay beating

    Charges Dropped Against Three in Teen Beating:

    Charges have been dropped against Cara Murphy, Stephen Schumaker, and Zachary Ashley. Schumaker and Ashley were originally thought to be lookouts.

    A notice for each teenager gave the same explanation: “Further investigation has shown that there is insufficient evidence to proceed with charges against the defendant.”

    The article’s author speculates if they’ll testify as witnesses.

    And remember kids, just because there is insufficient evidence it doesn’t make then angels.

  • New York men arrested for being with Ohio teens

    Two Vermilion teens say they were sexually assaulted by MySpace friends from New York:

    Three men from New York state are being accused of rape by two teenage girls from Vermilion, Ohio.

    Michael Wightman, 18, Anthony Edinger, 19, and James Lass, 21, are have said to met the Ohio girls over MySpace then were invited to visit. That’s a 300 mile trip by the way.

    When Wightman was caught wandering the streets of Vermilion with pot in his possession he led the police to Edinger who was in a nearby car, who then led them to Lass who was at the house where the girls were. The ages of the girls at the house were 15, 14, and 14.

    Two of the girls are claiming rape but for once I’m not so sure…

    Edinger, who had an open can of beer in the car, had bruising on his neck that appeared to be ”hickeys,” the report said. He admitted to having sexual relations with a girl at a nearby house where one of his friends was still located.

    The story unfolded from there. Inside the house, police found the three teenage girls — ages 15 and 14 — and James Lass, 21, of Brattsburg, N.Y., who was sleeping in the master bedroom.

    At first the girls were reluctant to talk to police, but once separated, two of the three girls broke down.

    The 15-year-old had sex with all three males — twice with two of them, but claims it was not consensual, police said. One of the 14-year-old girls, who said she was sleeping in a bathroom, said she was raped by Lass.

    The other 14-year-old was not involved in any of the sexual activity, police said.

    In case you were wondering where the parents were the father of the girl who lived in the house was at work.

    But before everyone gets their panties in a bunch about how these ‘poor boys’ were set up let’s not forget the fact that while the sex may have been consensual they still had sex with minors and provided them with drugs and alcohol. D’oh!

  • Serrano pleads not guilty

    Man enters plea in child molestation, pornography case:

    I originally posted about child molesting and child porn producing scumbag Gregory Scott Serrano here.

    He stands accused of molesting 10 girls ages 13 to 17 and taking pornographic pictures of them. He allegedly posed as a 19-year-old and used MySpace and Netlog to lure them. While in custody he also tried to get a relative of his to destroy evidence. He’s facing municipal and federal charges.

    Anyway, the scumbag pleaded not guilty in Pasadena Superior Court yesterday. I can’t wait to hear the defense on this one. Then again it will probably be just like the comments I get around here. (He was a nice guy, etc.)

    If convicted on the federal charges Serrano will be facing the wrong end of a life sentence.

  • FL teacher has sex with four teens

    Polk teacher arrested on sex charges:

    From the same Florida county that brought us the Victoria Lindsay beating comes this story about a teacher hat strayed from the path.

    32-year-old Danielle Jones of Stanbaugh Middle School in Auburndale, Florida has been arrested for having sex with at least four teenagers.

    She would use MySpace to contact at least two of the teens, ages 14 and 15, who were also her students, then bring them to her house. And by two teens yes I mean both of them and yes she had sex with both of them.

    Then her first two victims introduced her to two more teens, age 16, who were not her students. And yes, she had sex with them as well. In one instance all four teens spent the night at her house so you can imagine that scene.

    There may be a fifth teen involved as well.

    According to Wikipedia Florida’s age of consent goes like this…

    By law, the exception permits an adult under the age of 24 to engage in legal sexual activity with a minor no younger than the age of 16.

    Which means if you’re older than 24, which she is, your partner can be no younger than 18.

    This woman is nothing more than a serial sexual predator who abused her position of authority to get what she wanted. However, since her victims were horny teen boys she’ll more than likely receive no actual punishment whatsoever. Even though it’s cliche at this point it still needs to be reiterated that if she were a man there would be a mob wanting to feed her to the gators.

    Then again she doesn’t look like a pole dancer like Debra LeFave so she might actually have to serve some time.

    Let’s hear it for double standards.

  • Mercades’ request to go public denied

    Judge: Teen beating suspect can’t talk about case:

    Yesterday I posted about how alleged beating ringleader Mercades Nichols requested from a judge to be able to travel to tell the world her story and apologize. That request has been…DENIED!!!

    Her house arrest has been partially lifted allowing her to go to school, work, church, etc.

    Mercades’ mom chimes in…

    After the hearing, Nichols mother said that her daughter wanted to be able to issue an apology, and that’s why she made the request to change her restrictions. She also expressed that she disagrees with the judge’s decision.

    “She wanted to get her side out there, and I just think that it’s unfair that everyone else is having to talk about my daughter,” said Christina Garcia, Nichols’ mother.

    Oh, I think that we’ve already seen your daughter’s side. And if you didn’t want people to talk about her then she shouldn’t have beaten Victoria Lindsay and had one of her dumbass friends record it. See how that works?

  • Mercades Nichols wants to go public

    Beating Suspect Wants to Go Public:

    The alleged ringleader in the recorded beating of Victoria Lindsay wants permission from the court to go public with her story.

    Mercades Nichols, one of eight teens charged as adults in the March beating of 16-year-old Victoria Lindsay, wants permission to talk publicly about the case and travel out of state to give interviews, according to a written request filed in Circuit Court.

    Nothing good can come from this.

    Allegedly Nichols wants to give “public apologies” to the media.

    I wonder how much she’d be paid for those “apologies”.

  • Nexopia date rapists sentenced

    Rapists will do years in prison:

    Back in March, I posted about Ali Saadatmandi and Ali Tayyebi, two accused date rapists from British Columbia who used Nexopia to find their victim.

    At the time of that post, I hoped that they would be put away for a long time. No such luck.

    Saadatmandi got only four years while Tayyebi only got three.

    I’d like to hear from my Canadian readers. Is this the kind of sentence you think these sexual predators should have received?

  • FL man accused of sex with 12-year-old

    Apopka Man Accused Of Having Sex With MySpace Girl, 12:

    28-year-old Luis Quinones of Orange County, Florida was arrested this week for having sex with a 12-year-old girl that he met over MySpace.

    Again it’s time to remind parents that the minimum age for MySpace is 14.

    Anyway, Quinones admitted to having consensual sex with the 12-year-old and is using the ‘she said she was 19’ defense. There is a huge difference between a 19-year-old girl and a 12-year-old girl. If you can’t tell the two apart maybe you shouldn’t be trying to breed in the first place.

    The girl admits telling Quinones that she was 19 and that they had sex over 20 times and even skipped school to have sex with him.

    I would lay odds that at least somewhere along the way he found out she was 12 and didn’t care. And again the ‘she said she was…’ excuse hasn’t worked in the history of the age of consent.

    Let’s not forget to ask where was this girl’s parent(s)? But still, the ultimate responsibility lies with Quinones.

    Arraignment scheduled in LA in MySpace suicide case:

    Lori Drew is scheduled to be arraigned in a Los Angeles federal court on June 16th.

    Drew was indicted on conspiracy and basically hacking charges as it relates to the harassment induced suicide of 16-year-old Megan Meier
