Underwood meant to eat his victim

Man planned to eat murder victim: police:

This is unbelievable. It sounds like it’s straight out of some bad horror movie, yet here we are. This is a follow-up to the story about scumbag Kevin Underwood, who murdered 10-year-old Jamie Rose Bolin…

Apr 16, 2006 OKLAHOMA CITY (Reuters) – A man in the Oklahoma town of Purcell has been arrested on suspicion of murdering the 10-year-old daughter of his neighbor and planning to eat her body, police said on Saturday.

Kevin Underwood, 26, was arrested on Friday in the murder of Jamie Rose Bolin, who was reported missing after she failed to return home on Wednesday from a public library in Purcell, 36 miles south of Oklahoma City.

“Regarding a potential motive, this appears to have been part of a plan to kidnap a person, rape them, torture them, kill them, cut off their head, drain the body of blood, rape the corpse, eat the corpse, then dispose of the organs and bones,” Purcell Police Chief David Tompkins told a news conference.

It doesn’t even seem real. And to make matters even worse, not only did Underwood blog after he killed her, but he also joined in the search for her…

Underwood was among many Purcell residents who participated in a search for Bolin, but police said he acted strangely when pulled over at a Highway Patrol checkpoint.

I have no words to describe the amount of disgust and disdain I have for this piece of human filth. My only hope is that your days leading up to your inevitable execution are filled with as much pain, torture, and misery you inflicted on Jamie Rose Bolin.

    Rot in hell.

Student in Sierra Vista Hazing Enters Denial Plea:

The 17-year-old basketball player from Sierra Vista High School in Las Vegas, who is accused of giving a 14-year-old teammate an involuntary rectal exam, denied the charges against him in court yesterday. That was to be expected, but the request made by the defense attorney amazed me to no end…

The suspect is suspended from school and on house arrest. His attorney says he’s a good prospect for a basketball scholarship and asked if the teenager could continue to play while waiting the outcome of the case.

“If that happens there may be some tournament play,” Cremen said. “He would be accompanied at all times either by his grandfather, uncle both of whom are here today or his mother.”

You’re kidding me, right? This kid is facing sexual assault charges and all he’s worried about is basketball. The “reasoning” behind the jock mentality never ceases to amaze me. But here’s what makes it worse…

“There was an incident before the charges were filed in this case where the victim felt intimidated, Prosecutor Mary Brown said. “In the end District Judge William Voy allowed the 17-year-old to play again.

“We need to keep the two separate,” Voy said. “Work it out ok.”

The only condition is the two cannot be at the same gym or in a league where the two boys will play each other on the basketball court.

Nothing like rewarding the suspect and punishing the victim.

    10-year-old Okla. girl murdered

Missing Okla. girl’s body found near home:

PURCELL, Okla. (AP) – The body of a 10-year-old girl missing for two days was found in a neighbor’s apartment Friday, and the man who lives there has been arrested, authorities said.

Jamie Rose Bolin was reported missing Wednesday night when she didn’t return home. Police waited until Thursday night to issue an Amber Alert because no abduction was witnessed and officials suspected she had run away.

But even a prompt alert “probably wouldn’t have helped us recover Jamie,” said state patrol Lt. Chris West. He offered no further details.

The girl was last seen Wednesday afternoon at the library in Purcell, about 20 miles south of Oklahoma City.

A tip from the FBI, one of several agencies that helped in the search, led authorities to Kevin Ray Underwood’s apartment.

The 26-year-old was arrested. His apartment is near Jamie’s family home, said FBI spokesman Gary Johnson.

Prosecutor Tim Kuykendall called the girl’s death one of the most “heinous and atrocious” crimes he has seen. He said he will file first-degree murder charges Monday and will seek the death penalty.

Thanks to Capt. Fantastic of The Cellar, we have not only this scumbag’s MySpace (subspecies is a fitting name for this piece of slime) but we also have his blog at Blogger.

What really makes me want to retch is that Jamie Rose Bolin disappeared on Wednesday the 12th. While this 10-year-old girl was already more than likely dead, this scumbag was blogging about a fossil being found that allegedly bridges the gap between prehuman species. But I guess Darwin never figured on subhuman species like this piece of crap.

    Rot in hell, scumbag.

  • Hippies file charges in Dyleski search

Hippies file charges in Dyleski search

Dyleski’s roommates file claim against county:

The residents of the “hippy commune” where the accused killer of Pam Vitale, Scott Dyleski, lived are filing charges against Contra Costa County saying that Contra Costa County Sheriff’s deputies did not have warrants at the time the residence was searched for Dyleski…

More than 10 sheriff’s deputies burst into the Hunsaker Canyon Road residence of Fred and Kim Curiel on the evening of Oct. 19, 2005, looking for Dyleski, the claim says. Dyleski, now 17, was a suspect in the killing of his neighbor Pamela Vitale four days earlier.

At least seven other people lived with the Curiels at the time. The deputies began searching the house for Dyelski, pointing their guns and screaming at each of the adults and children, aged 2 to 16, to get down on the floor, the claim says.

Deputies threatened that if the residents did not cooperate, the deputies would “blow your head off.”

One deputy pushed Fred Curiel’s face into the ground, breaking his eyeglasses. Another pressed her shoe against the back of Curiel’s 11-year-old daughter to keep her on the floor, the claim says.

The housemates allege that the deputies entered without an arrest warrant for Dyleski or a search warrant for the home. The deputies presented a search warrant more than one and a half hours later.

The residents, who seek unspecified damages, say that the experience has left them with nightmares, flashbacks, and other anxieties.

I seriously doubt that in a high-profile case such as this that law enforcement would not have all their I’s dotted and their T’s crossed. To me, this sounds like just a bunch of hippies lashing out against “the man”.

  • Sierra Vista Hazer Under House Arrest

Sierra Vista Hazer Under House Arrest

Accused teen hazer on house arrest:

The kid who has been charged in the Sierra Vista hazing incident that I told you about yesterday has been placed under house arrest. I assume until his sentencing. The article isn’t that specific. However, I have an issue with the way the article is downplaying the assault…

Last month, a new player on the Sierra Vista High School varsity basketball team said several players pinned him down in the locker room. He says one of them pulled down his pants and touched him. That teen is the only one charged.

If by touching him they mean “checked his prostate” then yes he was “touched”.

Since the suspect is a juvenile, if he is found guilty of sexual assault, then he can be sentenced up to six months in a “youth center” or be placed on probation.

Charges filed in alleged Sierra Vista High hazing incident:

I told you about the Sierra High School hazing incident here.

Basically, six basketball team members jumped a freshman player and one of them gave him the old UFIA.

Well, only one of the alleged attackers is facing charges. I’m going to assume it’s Stinkyfinger himself.

The article is extremely light on details, which is not surprising considering I’ve received comments from a couple of people with connections to the school that said they’re not surprised that the school is trying to keep this under the radar.

  • Zarate gets new home

    Zarate gets new home

    Suspect’s transfer called essential:

Our favorite New Jersey psychopath is in the news again. Jonathan Zarate, accused of the murder and dismemberment of his 16-year-old neighbor Jennifer Parks, is in a new prison.

He has been transferred out of the Morris County jail and into the Passaic County jail. Like I mentioned before, he was transferred because he is suing the Morris County jail over alleged abuses. What cracks me up, as if any actual humor could be found in this case, it’s his attorney and the things he had to say…

“Jonathan Zarate is a man with very deep emotional problems,” his lawyer, Anthony Fusco Jr., said Monday. “He was not getting the treatment he needed in the Morris County Jail.”

    Ya think?

Since his arrest July 31, Zarate has twice been charged with assaulting guards at the Morris County Jail. After the second alleged assault on Dec. 10, Zarate was sent to the Ann Klein Forensic Psychiatric Hospital in West Trenton. He was treated there until Feb. 2, when he was brought back to the jail.

Fusco said his client’s mental condition has worsened since his return to the Morris County Jail — and Zarate has served notice that he intends to sue the state for depriving him of his proper medical treatment. On Friday, state Superior Court Judge Salem V. Ahto allowed Zarate to be transferred to another jail.

Well, maybe if he didn’t kill and dismember a 16-year-old girl he wouldn’t be having these problems. It sounds like to me that they’ve been laying the grounds for an insanity defense for some time now.

  • Mr. Thompson Goes to Delaware

    Mr. Thompson Goes to Delaware

Bill would limit sale of video games:

Our favorite idiot lawyer from Florida is on the move again. This time he’s in Delaware trying to help State Rep. Helene Keeley, D-Wilmington South, get a law passed that would restrict businesses from selling M-rated games to minors. Never mind the fact that most legitimate stores won’t sell M-Rated games to anyone under 18 and that the majority of kids who get these games are getting through their parents. Jack never lets facts get in his way. Like this little nugget of misinformation from Jack…

Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold, the Colorado teens who massacred 13 of their fellow Columbine High School students in 1999, “literally trained on the game ‘Doom,’ ” Thompson said.

Sure, they did Jack. Just forget all those tapes they made, showing them at a homemade target practice. I myself, and millions of other people, have played Doom and never picked up a gun in anger but again let’s not let facts get in the way.

Jack also had this to say about the free speech ramifications…

Thompson, meanwhile, said the First Amendment debate is misplaced.

“This isn’t even speech,” Thompson said, holding up a video-game display box. “This is software that enables a machine to allow a player to play a game.”

Does he really believe the lies that he’s spewing forth?

When will politicians, especially Democrats, stop getting in bed with this assclown? It’s making them look worse than they already are.

  • Zarate Sues Jail

    Zarate Sues Jail

Man charged in teen neighbor’s killing sues jail:

This is just great, another frivolous lawsuit clogging the courts…

The Randolph man charged with stabbing and dismembering a teenage neighbor will be moved out of the Morris County jail after having filed a suit against the facility following two fights with correction officers there.

Authorities had not yet determined where Jonathan Zarate will be sent but said it will most likely be the Essex County Jail.

For those of you who may have forgotten, 18-year-old Zarate, is accused of having ambushed 16-year-old Jennifer Parks in Zarate’s home and stabbing her, bludgeoning her, and dismembering her body, then trying to dump her body into the Passaic River in New Jersey.

Let me give you a quote from prison officials when he originally attacked a guard

Jonathan Zarate, 18, of Randolph, allegedly punched a 26-year-old corrections officer three times in the face and head as he was being escorted back to his cell after a shower Thursday at 8:30 a.m., Warden Frank Corrente said.

“This was unprovoked. He has issues with authority and has been a management issue since his arrival,” Corrente said of Zarate. “He shows violent behavior.”

It would be a travesty if this lawsuit ever saw the light of day. Then again, this is New Jersey we’re talking about. He’ll probably be awarded a settlement.

  • Bonelli pleads guilty

Bonelli pleads guilty to all counts in mall rampage:
Bonelli pleads guilty in mall shooting spree:

I haven’t talked about Robert Bonelli in a really long time. He was the 24-year-old gunman in the Hudson Valley Mall shooting in Ulster, New York that wounded two people. When his home was searched, police found what they called “Columbine Memorabilia”. Bonelli pleaded guilty today to all charges against him…

In entering his plea, Bonelli said that he had gone to the mall with the intention of committing “suicide by cop,” hoping to get killed by police officers.

Ulster County District Attorney Donald Williams said Bonelli’s handwritten notes showed that he’d planned for months to conduct an armed rampage no later than April 20 of last year.

Williams also maintained Bonelli had a lurid fascination with the shootings in Columbine.

Personally, I don’t buy the “suicide by cop” theory. I think he luckily lost his nerve by the time he got to the mall, but I think his original intention was to kill.

Between his fascination with Columbine and the fact that he planned for months to conduct some kind of assault with an April 20th deadline lead me to believe that his original intention was to kill as many people as possible.

Anyway, he’s looking at a minimum of 20 years and a maximum of 40.

Sentencing is set for May 19th.
