    Not-guilty pleas in grisly slaying:

    From the “You’ve gotta be fucking kidding me” Dept. comes the story that both Zarate brothers have pleaded not guilty in the murder and dismemberment of 16-year-old Jennifer Parks.

    So let me get this straight. They invited Jennifer to their house, beat her and stabbed her to death, dismembered her body so that they can store the body in a trunk, stored the trunk in a Jeep for 24 hours and attended a kid’s birthday party, then got caught trying to dump her body in the Passaic River, and then they plead not guilty?

    What possible defense could they have? I guess they figured since the death penalty is off the table, they’ll take their chances in the trial.

    That charming gentleman pictured at right is Neil Havens Rodreick II. He’s a 29-year-old man who tried applying to an Arizona middle school as a 12-year-old boy. I

    t’s believed that he did that in order to lure children into dangerous and vile relationships. If you think he couldn’t pass as a 12-year-old, think again because he fooled at least two other men.

    One of those men, 61-year-old Lonnie Stiffler, was claiming to be Roderick’s grandfather when they tried getting him into the school. Stiffler and 43-year-old Robert James Snow were shocked to find out that they were having sex with a 29-year-old man and not a 12-year-old boy. Roderick allegedly kept them fooled by using makeup and shaving his body hair.

    Well, we don’t have a MySpace for Roderick, but thanks to LiLO we do have the MySpace for Robert Snow.

    Student charged with murder in fatal stabbing at suburban school:

    In case you haven’t heard by now, there has been a fatal stabbing at Lincoln-Sudbury Regional High School in Sudbury, Massachusetts.

    James Alenson, a 15-year-old freshman, was stabbed by a 16-year-old student and was pronounced dead at 8:12 a.m Eastern Time at Emerson Hospital in Concord.

    The incident appeared to stem from a fight between the two. The suspect is in custody and is not being named at this time and has been charged with murder. I’ll bring you more details as they become available.

    Petitioners seek juvenile trial for Eric Hainstock

    Petitioners: Hainstock is not an adult:

    217 petitioners from as far away as Italy are appealing to prosecutors to have Eric Hainstock tried as a juvenile. If you recall, Hainstock was arrested for the shooting and killing Weston Schools principal John Klang. The petitioners argue that since Hainstock was 15 at the time of the shooting that his brain was not fully developed and did not have the ability to make “good judgments”. I argue that the petitioners’ brains aren’t fully developed. Any 15-year-old knows that killing someone is against the law and will get you put in jail. Then again, consider the source. These are the same people who felt Eric Schorling was just misunderstood.

    Wisconsin law states that a 15-year-old that commits first-degree murder receives a mandatory trial as an adult. They can be tried as a juvenile under special circumstances, but in my opinion, those circumstances do not apply to Hainstock. Hainstock had an abusive father, but he didn’t shoot his father. He shot a man who was just trying to do his job. John Klang’s family no longer have him in their lives. Justice demands that Hainstock is removed from society. Let’s bring back personal responsibility to the world.

    Slaying-dismembering: No capital case:

    Excuse my language, but…fucking New Jersey.

    Jonathan Zarate, the New Jersey teen who killed and dismembered 16-year-old Jennifer Parks, will not be facing the death penalty…

    On the day a grand jury handed up murder indictments against Jonathan Zarate, 19, and his brother, James, 16, Prosecutor Michael M. Rubbinaccio said he could not seek a capital case because the crime’s most-heinous aspects occurred after Jennifer Parks was dead.

    Citing state law, Rubbinaccio said prosecutors must establish the murder was “outrageously or wantonly vile, horrible or inhuman … and that it involved torture” to allow him to seek the death penalty.

    “Certainly you can describe what took place after the homicide as being all those things,” Rubbinaccio said, referring to the dismemberment. “But that is not evidence of an aggravating factor that would trigger a capital case litigation.”

    I don’t fault Mr. Rubbinaccio. I’m sure he did what he could. But the New Jersey law is so incredibly wrong on this. There is no justice for Jennifer Parks without the execution of Jonathan Zarate.

    Mrs. Parks, I know you’re reading this, and I am truly sorry about this.

    Hearing set for ”Teenybopper Killa’ ”:

    Darren Thompson, the self-proclaimed Teenybopper Killa, has been ordered held without bail until a dangerousness hearing for Thompson is held this Friday. To refresh your memory, Thompson was arrested after making violent threatening comments online about how he wanted to kill all the “preps” and “teenyboppers”. When police searched his house they found a cache of illegal weapons, including some that were homemade.

    As mentioned before, Thompson is also a mutant of the highest order. Now we know a little bit more about his fascination with Columbine…

    Police said Thompson’s journal also described how he intended to use the weapons and referenced Eric Harris, one of two teens who murdered 12 students and a teacher at Columbine High School in 1999, according to court documents.

    “One day, there will be another school shooting on the news, I’ll laugh and SMILE and jump for joy the next time I hear about one,” Thompson allegedly wrote, according to court records.

    “I could snipe you in the head with one shot and drag your body into the woods and no one would ever hear of you again,” he allegedly wrote.

    When questioned by state police, Thompson admitted to admiring the Columbine killer.

    Thompson became “visibly angry and started rocking back and forth in his chair, explaining how he was picked on by all the “preps” when he was younger,” during an interview with State trooper Matthew G. Murphy, court documents showed.

    What’s sad is this fool graduated from college and had a job as a hotel chef. He was probably making better money than most of the “preps” that he went to school with. And the poor fool couldn’t let it go, and kept that hate inside of him all these years. What did it get him? Two counts of possession of a firearm without a permit, possession of a large capacity firearm, improper storage of a large capacity firearm, and a long stay at the Graybar Motel.

    Just doing some vacation clean up, so the next few entries are going to be brief.

    To start it seems that the self-proclaimed Teenybopper Killa, Darren Thompson, wanted to kill his own mother too.

    When police searched Thompson’s home, Stone said, they found a diary in which he penned a to-kill wish list in that included “teenyboppers”, his mother Janet, with whom he lives, and his brother, who spends most of his time at U-Mass Amherst, where he attends college.

  • Patrick Armstrong pleads guilty to manslaughter

    Judge Accepts Plea Deal In Armstrong Case:

    It’s been almost a year since I’ve posted anything about Patrick Armstrong. The news out of Maine hasn’t been exactly forthcoming. With this story, we get a year’s worth of news all at once.

    For those of you who may have forgotten, Patrick Armstrong was 14 at the time he was arrested for the murder of 14-year-old Marlee Johnston. During the investigation, police found a website made by Armstrong where he professed his admiration for serial killers and the Columbine killers, Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold.

    Today, Patrick Armstrong pleaded guilty to manslaughter. In return for his plea, he’ll serve 25 years with 9 years suspended.

    Tell me if this sounds like manslaughter to you…

    Armstrong is accused of brutally beating 14-year-old Marlee Johnston to death. In testimony Friday in Augusta, a state police detective testified Johnston was beaten repeatedly on the head with an aluminum baseball bat. The detective also said Armstrong told a fellow inmate that he “loved every minute of it.”

    Detective Adam Kelley testified Johnston went to Armstrong’s house to see if she wanted him to join her in walking her dogs. They were neighbors in the town of Fayette.

    So Marlee Johnston befriends Patrick Armstrong and in return, he bludgeoned her to death. And now he’ll be out when he’s 30, possibly sooner.

    It could be that the Johnston family may just want to put it all behind them. If that’s true, I respect them for that. However, in my opinion, not enough justice was served.

    Lawyer: Threat charges ‘overreaction’:

    Remember Darren Thompson? He’s the self-proclaimed “teenybopper killa” who made threatening remarks on a fan site for teen celebrity Jesse McCartney. Well, in true criminal defense attorney fashion, his attorney is claiming that the charges against his client are an ‘overreaction’…

    Mr. Thompson appeared in court yesterday for a bail hearing with his lawyer, Anthony M. Salerno. Mr. Salerno said he appealed the bail amount and wants it reduced, because the case is an “overreaction and over-prosecution.”

    “After my initial review of the preliminary evidence, I would categorize this as a situation where it’s more about attention versus intention,” Mr. Salerno said. “He (Mr. Thompson) certainly got attention for it, but not the way he was seeking.”

    Mr. Thompson did not post threats to anyone in particular, Mr. Salerno said, and his Web postings were likely a call for attention. Mr. Thompson was not charged with threatening to commit a crime, which is a charge police can file if someone makes a verbal threat to kill or harm another person.

    “I assert that there is a strong difference and a bright line between intentions and someone looking for attention. There is absolutely no evidence that he harbored any specific intentions,” Mr. Salerno said. “I would not consider him dangerous to the point where he should be held on excessive bail.”

    Mr. Thompson has no prior record. Mr. Salerno would not allow his client to be subjected to a mental health evaluation, which was discussed at the initial hearing Friday. “I wouldn’t let them do that because at this time, no mental health defense has been raised,” Mr. Salerno said.

    Let me refresh your memory on some of Mr. Thompson’s threats…

    He even gives out his Whitehall Circle address and warns that he’ll be “waiting” with his SKS assault rifle, the same type of gun police confiscated from his home.

    “This anger I have towards the types of people I hate is only gonna get more intense as I get older,” he writes. “So yeah, I think I will hurt and kill at least one disgusting preppy teenybopper before the decade is over. I can only hope. Watch, I’ll be the guy at the top of the clock tower.”

    Just because a name wasn’t used in the threat doesn’t mean that Thompson isn’t a danger to himself and others.

    And let’s not forget the illegal weapons in his possession…

    Police searching Mr. Thompson’s bedroom closet Thursday recovered an SKS 7.62 x 39 mm rifle, 22 rounds of ammunition, and a nail-studded baseball bat Mr. Thompson called the “ugly stick,” according to court records.

    Mr. Thompson works at the Beechwood Hotel, according to court records. During the police interview, Mr. Thompson said he purchased the assault rifle for $200 from a friend at work, and the ammunition for it while on a hunting trip in Vermont in late October.

    And I would be remiss if I didn’t mention his mutant tendencies…

    Police also recovered a diary from his bedroom in which he wrote of his admiration for Eric Harris, one of the two high school students involved in the Columbine High School massacre in Jefferson County, Colo., on April 20, 1999.

    When state and Shrewsbury police interviewed Mr. Thompson, he allegedly told state Trooper Matthew D. Murphy that he was picked on in elementary school and high school.

    Overreaction? Hardly. As a matter of fact, I believe the judge under-reacted by setting Thompson’s bail at $25,000.

    Web hater had preps in sights: Threats led to gun bust:

    This is a bizarre one. A 23-year-old banquet chef by the name of Darren Thompson was arrested in Shrewsbury, Mass. on Thursday for making threatening comments online and having stockpiled weapons like an AK-47. It’s the targets of his threats that are unusual.

    In shockingly graphic online postings, Thompson railed against “mind numbing” pop culture and teens who shop at preppy stores such as Abercrombie & Fitch. He bragged he would one day be “on the news” for a killing spree.

    “I’d love to kidnap a teenybopper and cut her up real good before blowing her head off with a shotgun loaded with buckshot,” he wrote in a posting Monday. “That’s what they deserve.”

    State police were tipped off to Thompson by someone who read his hatred-filled postings on a fan bulletin board for teen pop star Jesse McCartney.

    Why am I writing about this story? This is why…

    A Shrewsbury chef who dubbed himself the “teenybopper killa” and cited Columbine killer Eric Harris as an inspiration was nabbed with a stash of weapons after making online threats to snuff out “preppy” teens, authorities said.

    Police said they also found a journal in Thompson’s bedroom that referenced Eric Harris, one of two teen outcasts who killed 12 students and a teacher before committing suicide at Colorado’s Columbine High School in 1999.

    “Thompson told me that he respected Harris for what he did because Thompson himself was picked on in elementary school and high school,” state Trooper Matthew Murphy wrote in court papers.

    This continues a disturbing trend of pathetic, morally deficient losers who can’t seem to let go of their high school years. Not unlike Kimveer Gill or Sebastian Bosse. You may say pathetic morally deficient loser is a little harsh. To you, I say this…

    Police served a search warrant Thursday night and arrested Thompson at the Shrewsbury home where he lives with his parents.

    In a bio on the Internet Movie Database site, he writes of the teen celebs: “They all suck, and don’t deserve the fame they have. Anyone who supports preppy teenyboppers is a (expletive) moron with the intelligence of bird (expletive), and I wish I could meet you so I could smash you in the face and break your (expletive) arms.”

    His most violent tirades are saved for teenage girls, some of whom he urges to come to his Shrewsbury home to “fight” him.

    “And what the (expletive) does everybody have against a guy hitting a chick? What do girls expect? To be unharmed because of their gender? That’s a (expletive) rip off,” he writes.

    So he’s been out of high school for at least 4 years. He’s working as a banquet chef, which is probably a lot better than a lot of his class is doing. And yet, this mutant still rages on about “preps” and “teenyboppers”.

    Once you get into the real world, there are no more preps and other cliques. There are only other people who you have to cope with in daily life. People like Thompson are no better than the people who allegedly bullied him. Still stuck in a high school mentality. And what did all his hate and thoughts of violence get him? Probably a long stay in prison, where he’ll wish he was still being bullied in high school.
