    “Columbine” Attack Thwarted in Boerne:

Former Student Accused of Planning Columbine-Style Attack:

Police: Boerne Teen Planned ‘Columbine-Style’ School Shooting:

18-year-old Allen Doelitsch of Boerne, Texas was arrested for threatening an attack against Samuel Champion High School.

Police say that Doelitsch sent text messages to a 14-year-old student of Champion High recruiting the 14-year-old into the plot. Here’s a transcript of the text messages.

14-year-old response to Doelitsch: “I’m down for columbine.”

Doelitsch: “That’s my boy,” and “Ya I know I hate my life now I just wana to kill people an Champion high school and then blow my head off.”

14-year-old: “hell ya bro shootout 2009.”

Just when I thought the mutant population was thinning out.

The 14-year-old went and told friends who immediately told school administrators.

Doelitsch was in previous trouble for writing threats in the bathroom at Boerne High School in 2006. Doelitsch graduated from Boerne this past May. Which again I have to say you made it out, why plan to attack a school that you never even went to?

Doelitsch has also been charged with enticing a child and burglary in separate charges. It seems that Doelitsch has a thing for 14-year-old girls and he stole a gun out of someone’s vehicle.

Doelitsch is in jail on a $500,000 bond.

  • Cemetery searched for Giovanni Gonzalez

Lynn’s Pine Grove Cemetery targeted in search for missing boy:

Yesterday Mass. State Police and police from Lynn, Mass. scoured Pine Grove Cemetery looking for missing 5-year-old Giovanni Gonzalez.

Cadaver dogs were used but police insist that this was a search and rescue mission and not a recovery mission.

Giovanni’s story may even be featured on America’s Most Wanted this week.

  • Disheartening evidence found in missing boy case

Disturbing evidence found in home of missing boy’s father:

A bloody mop was found in the apartment of Ernesto Gonzalez. Gonzalez is the father of Giovanni Gonzalez who has been missing since last weekend. Ernesto Gonzalez did not return Giovanni to his mother after a weekend visitation.

Ernesto Gonzalez is being held on $500K bond on child endangerment charges.

  • MISSING: Giovanni Gonzalez

Mom Makes Plea For 5-Year-Old’s Safe Return:

With all the hoopla surrounding the Caylee Anthony story stories like this are getting swept under the rug. So effective immediately I am imposing a Casey Anthony embargo on this site. There are many fine blogs on the Coalition of Crime Bloggers blogroll who are covering the story. If you wish to receive more information about the Casey Anthony please visit them.

5-year-old Giovanni Gonzalez was reported missing by his mother, 22-year-old Daisy Colon of East Boston, on Monday night. Ms. Colon had dropped Giovanni off with his father, 36-year-old Ernesto Gonzalez of Lynn, Mass. Giovanni’s parents have been involved with a custody dispute. Gonzales did not return Giovanni at the end of his visitation.

Gonzalez was arrested Monday and ordered held on $500,000 cash bail following his arraignment in Lynn District Court. Officials were concerned because Gonzalez had a cut on his left finger, and he gave conflicting accounts of how the injury happened, the Lynn Daily Item reported.

And Giovanni is nowhere to be found…

Giovanni weighs approximately 40 pounds and is 49 inches tall with black hair and brown eyes. When last seen, he was wearing blue denim jeans, a red T-shirt, a silver braided chain and black Spiderman sandals. He was carrying a black backpack that had the Transformers robot characters on it. It contained some of his clothes and toys.

He has a faded skin pigmentation mark on the lower right side of his chest and a small scar above his eyebrow.

Anyone with information about the child’s disappearance or whereabouts is asked to call 911 or Lynn Police at 781-595-2000.

I’ll be doing updates on this story as details become available and as time allows.

  • More on the Central High shooting

More details are emerging about yesterday’s shooting at Central High School in Knoxville.

The victim Ryan McDonald suffered from Alopecia which is a disease that leaves you bald. According to family members, he was teased horribly because of it. So maybe this is not unlike the E.O. Green shooting where the victim was the one actually being harassed.

As I mentioned yesterday the shooter is 15-year-old Jamar Siler. His sister, 22-year-old Ciara S. Siler, is a wanted fugitive in another shooting murder. The elder Siler allegedly shot and killed Jerri Lynn Goodman and is believed to be hiding out in the housing projects of Nashville. Jamar Siler was adopted into that family so it makes an interesting argument for nurture over nature.

Now tell me if this sounds like someone who deserved to be shot because I’m sure there is someone out there that will say that he did…

According to his uncle, Ryan already had a desire to help others — particularly those with challenges to overcome.

“He wanted to work with children. He was going to Helen Ross McNabb, and they would work with him there,” Roger says. “And I think he saw that he could help kids, because of stuff he had been through.”

Also according to that article donations in Ryan’s name can be sent here.

Also like I said yesterday Jamar Siler is being charged with first-degree murder. Prosecutors have said they’re not sure yet if they will seek to have him tried as an adult. By now you should know my thoughts on that. Siler also had his probation revoked but his previous charge has not been made public.

Apparently, Siler had quite the family support for his court appearance yesterday…

Siler’s adoptive mother and his custodian, a woman identified by the judge as his sister, were both in court, along with his biological mother and grandmother, plus several other family members.

Some of those family members say Siler’s biological mother lost custody of her six children years ago.

Quite the family history but still no excuse for murder.

Parents have been saying that there has been a lack of discipline in the school.

According to this article, both victim and suspect had minor run-ins with the law. It didn’t say what Ryan McDonald’s transgressions were but it did say that Siler had previously been cited for public intoxication.

The school flew the flag at half-mast today.

Police are now saying that they know the motive behind the shooting but will only say it wasn’t gang or race related. They say the motive will be revealed on the 28th when a court hearing is scheduled.

  • Shooting at Central High School in Knoxville

Student guns down classmate at Tennessee high school:

As by now, I’m sure you’ve heard there was shooting at Central High School in Knoxville, Tenn. where a 16-year-old student died.

The victim has been identified as Ryan McDonald. The suspect is 15-year-old Jamar Siler. No motive has been given as of yet. Siler is charged with first-degree murder and is being held in a juvenile facility.

Witnesses say that Siler just walked away calmly after shooting McDonald.

More on this as details become available and time allows.

Thanks to Gage for the tip.

  • Casey Anthony bonded out

Casey Anthony Released After More Than Month In Jail:

Casey Anthony got out of jail today. Mr. black hat bounty hunter Leonard Padilla posted her bail.

If you think this story was a circus before you haven’t seen anything yet.

Are you as sick of this story as I am? I’m half tempted to stop blogging about it. I used to pride myself on blogging the stories that no one else did now here I am blogging the same story as everyone else.

Now let’s sit back and see if she actually gives bounty paper towel man…I mean Mr. Bounty Hunter any information.

  • NC father busted on family vacation

Teen sex charges for Monroe man:

There was no confirmation in this story that any social networking site was used in the crime. However, this story is sort of local to me and the guy is so stupid I needed to post this.

48-year-old Michael Richard Wullschleger of Monroe, NC took his family on a vacation to Florida. He dropped them off at a hotel near Sea World and then went online where he started conversing rather lewdly with three 14-year-old girls. He then drove from Orlando to Lakeland to meet with one of these girls for the purpose of sex.

It turned out that not only was the 14-year-old girl he was meeting a Polk County detective but all three ‘girls’ he chatted with were detectives. D’Oh.

To make matters worse Wullschleger is also a swim coach and a school bus driver.

  • Armed teachers in Texas

Guns Allowed on Campus in North Texas School District:

The Harrold Independent School District in North Texas has decided that teachers will now be allowed to carry guns to prevent a Columbine or Virginia Tech. Personally, I think this one of the most idiotic ideas I’ve ever heard.

Teachers barely discipline their students as it is because of fear of lawsuits. Do you think one is actually going to open fire in a crowded classroom and risk hitting an innocent? I seriously doubt it.

The flip side to that argument is what if there is a gunman and a shootout ensues and an innocent is struck by a teacher’s bullet? The school is a no win situation either way. Not to mention what if a student steals a teacher’s gun and uses it in a school shooting.

What if you have one of those child touching teachers we keep hearing about. This just gives them one more option of coercion.

I think the negatives greatly outweigh the positives. As a matter of fact, I can’t even think of one positive.

  • Independent investigators submit possible Caylee evidence

    Independent Caylee investigators submit evidence:

A few independent investigators search near a soccer field found some clothes and other items while conducting a search into the disappearance of Caylee Marie Anthony.

“We found some things in this area … blue jeans, size five from express,” Derrick Miller.

“I found a couple of book bags, some other articles of clothing, some female clothing, a female shoe,” said Wyatt Locke. “We did find a few articles of children’s clothing yes,” Locke added.

The items have been turned over to the police and some of the clothes are the same size that Casey Anthony wears.

My question is what is the affiliation of these independent investigators? Are they volunteers for the police department or are they friends of the Anthonys?
