    Esmie Tseng’s Dad Speaks Out

If tried as adult, daughter “doomed”: (Log in info)

Kind of a fitting headline, don’t you think? Anyway, Esmie Tseng’s father has spoken out against his daughter being tried as an adult…

“If my daughter is tried and penalized with hardened criminals and recidivists, she will be doomed,” Tao Tseng said in the statement. “I have already been deprived of my wife. I am afraid I will not survive the loss of my daughter, a more devastating blow.”
Tao Tseng released the statement after a group that had organized to support his daughter asked him to comment, said Robin Scully, Tao Tseng”s attorney. The group, Concerned Citizens for Esmie, has a Web site at www.esmie.com .

“He is obviously very, very concerned about his daughter,” Scully said of Tao Tseng. Scully said he was providing Tao Tseng with legal guidance and keeping him updated on the case. “He wants the best for her and wants her to be tried in juvenile court.”

In the statement, Tao Tseng said he was deeply saddened by the tragedy, but that he continued to love and care for his daughter and will do so for the rest of his life.

“If Esmie becomes a part of the adult criminal system, it will simply be another tragedy because her wonderful gifts and talents will without question be forever lost,” he said. “She has far too much to give to the world for that to happen.

“My duty as a husband has been abruptly terminated. I am hanging on only because my duty as a father has yet to be performed.”

Esmie Tseng was due in court today. A ruling on whether she will be tried as an adult may not be for another two to three months.

  • Andrew Osantowski’s MySpace

    Andrew Osantowski’s MySpace

A few months ago, I wondered if Andrew Osantowski had internet access in prison, since his Yahoo profile had changed since he was sentenced. I received an e-mail today from someone in the know who said that he does not have net access in prison, but he has someone on the outside maintaining his internet presence. I was also sent a link to Osantowski’s MySpace account. Of course, I’m not going to link it but here’s a screenshot…

What smacks you in the face first? Why the swastika claiming white power, of course. And like most MySpace sites, the background makes it totally unreadable but that’s ok, I’ll translate…

    Andrew’s Interests
General Neo-Naziism, spray painting swastikas, fertilizer bombs
Books The Threat of the Hitler Cult, Adolf Hitler, The Neo-Nazis This profile was edited with Thomas’ myspace editor™ V2.5
Heroes Adolf Hitler, Eric Harris, Dylan Klebold

    And if that wasn’t enough…

    Andrew’s Blurbs

    About me:
i’m 18 and am pretty anti social, i am very interested in Hitler and the Nazi’s. a while back i got in some major trouble but im back now and im ready to get my life back on track. if you want im me sometime my sn is nazibotsadistic

    Who I’d like to meet:
    McGinty’s!

What’s scary is that he has 100 MySpace friends. Do the MySpace drones just add anyone indiscriminately?

What’s even scarier is that when he says he wants to meet the McGinty’s he means Celia McGinty, the Idaho teenage girl who turned him in, and Celia’s father, Sgt. George McGinty, who is a policeman in Washington who first alerted authorities to Osantowski’s plot to shoot up his school. Does that sound like a thinly veiled threat to anyone else?

For someone who is still obsessed with Nazism and the scumbags Harris and Klebold it doesn’t sound like someone who said this at his sentencing

“I am truly sorry for the things I have done. My family never raised me like this.”

“Whichever path leads to normalcy and freedom is the one I want to take,”

Just think, this unrepentant ball of hate will be out of jail when he’s 22.

UPDATE: The site is possibly a fake.

  • Dave Cullen

    Dave Cullen

Late last night, I was lucky enough to exchange e-mails with one of my internet heroes, Dave Cullen.

For those of you unfamiliar with Dave’s work, he wrote what, I think, is the definitive article on Columbine “The Depressive and the Psychopath” and he also has a plethora of Columbine information in his Columbine Almanac.

After our exchange, he wrote an entry on his blog called “The upside of covering Columbine” where he discussed receiving e-mails from students who are looking for help with their reports about Columbine.

He said that it was a minor hassle, but nothing made him happier. He also discussed as we did in our exchange how my site gets all the readers who praise the killers, while Dave’s site rarely gets one. As it should be, really, because Dave is a professional writer and journalist, and I’m just some guy with a website and an opinion. Anyway, it’s a good read.

    10/9/05 From The Mail Sack

Just one to speak of this time, and it’s from my entry on the Columbine Rampart Range Tapes

    Fan Says:

You know, i wish there is a hell, just so i can shake their hands and thank them for what they did. People are so fucked up, that they think they can mess with someone for years, and then flip out when they kill some1. That racist POS that posted is the reason things like this happen. I just wish i could have the balls to do what they did, they are my fucking hero. So if you dont like them, then dont wast your time talking bad about them

    Saturday Oct 8, 2005 @ 11:37 pm

Of course, he or she is talking about Columbine killers Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold as his or her heroes.

Just think, that’s someone’s son or daughter. I wonder what those parents think their kid is up to.

  • A story of the south

    A story of the south

I love living in the south, but the locals know next to nothing about good pizza. They prefer The Hut to most anything else.

However, a few years ago, some guys from Brooklyn opened a real pizza parlor in my town. I was in there about a year ago when I was waiting in line to pick up my pizzas.

The guy behind the counter said to a female customer in front of me, “Ok, here are your pies.” The woman said “I didn’t order pies. I ordered pizza.”

I about fell over trying not to laugh in this woman’s face.

  • Devin Moore Sentenced to Death

    Devin Moore Sentenced to Death

Man Gets Death for Killing Three in Ala.:

Devin Moore, the 18-year-old who was convicted of killing two police officers and a dispatcher, was sentenced to death.

If you remember, Moore’s attorneys tried blaming his actions on Grand Theft Auto. But the defense attorneys are already looking to appeal on the grounds that the video game “evidence” was excluded, and the fact that the jury was all white while Moore is black. 🙄

An all-plaid jury would have convicted him. He killed three cops. He deserves to die.

    Take that, Jack Thompson.

  • All Worthwhile

    All Worthwhile

Yesterday was not a good day in my little empire.

It seems that I went way over my bandwidth allotment in just 5 days. It turns out then when I started doing the podcasts, I left the test MP3 file on my server and forgot about it.

It was only 418kb in size. However, some unscrupulous persons, which I traced back to several IP addresses in Germany, downloaded the file repeatedly over and over and over again until it generated 13GB of bandwidth.

At that point, between trying to deal with the spammers and what was basically a denial of service attack, I was really close to packing it all in.

Then after I got all the sites up and running again, I received an e-mail from someone by the name of Mike. The subject of the e-mail was “Credit to Society” and it went a little something like this…

First off, I want to thank you for debunking and debating the rumors spread by so many medias today regarding Goths, trenchcoats, and their connection to school violence, and a crumbling society in general. I myself cannot stand labels, but am commonly given the label of “Goth”, just because I choose to wear what I like. It’s not a means of expressing angst, or hatred, or a desire to be different. I just wear what I think looks good. It’s a relief to see someone that can appreciate an opinion such as mine, and agree with it, to any extent. Granted, I know my style of dress invokes such harassment from those that consider me awkward or different, but that doesn’t make it right. Thank you so much for voicing your opinion in the face of those who disagree. you are a real credit to Freedom of Speech, and society in general. People often don’t listen to me, or my beliefs and morals, being that I’m only going on 17, and it’s great to have someone to relate to, regardless of how much older you may be, or that I’ve never met you. I want you to know, for what it’s worth, that regardless of how many people may call you a menace or scum to society for having the will to disagree with them, you’ll always have me as an avid reader and supporter. Keep on voicing your feelings, and I’ll keep reading. Thanks again, for making life that much more livable. Keep on living, my friend. =)

Mike, it is I who should be thanking you. You single-handedly restored my will to keep this site up and running for a long time.

  • A challenge answered…sort of

    A challenge answered…sort of

Yesterday, I posted a challenge to the mutants to stop operating in secrecy. Well, someone responded to my challenge but, as usual, it was behind a locked message board. Luckily, one of my readers tipped me off to it. Our favorite mutant WMD had this to say…

Over in the trenches of the Trenchcoat Chronicles, there is a thread named https://thetrenchcoat.com/2005/10/04/why-so-secret/ Don’t bother answering. Trench allows people like jim to cast insults to his heart’s content while banishing others, myself included, for expressing opinions counter to his own. If he wants to read and post here, let him register like everyone else.

Then the moderator by the not so original “goth” name of Ms. Bathory had this to say…

If I found Trench on here I would instantly get rid *spits*

So much for open discussion. You know I have no problem with goths, but if you’re going to pick a screen name, pick one that 50,000 others aren’t using.

Then another moderator by the name of Jennifer had this to say…

    OMG

A GIRL TODAY HAD ON AN AWESOME BLACK TRENCHCOAT!

    Um…yeah.

You know what? Now that I think about it, stay in secrecy. At least that way you won’t infect anyone else with your inanity.

  • Why so secret?

    Why so secret?

Wanted to bid a hearty welcome to all the mutants coming over from one of the mutant message boards.

And just like your heroes, you’re being cowards by hiding behind a locked message board. Which makes me realize most message boards, blogs, and journals that are run by mutants are usually locked to the outside world. Why all the secrecy?

Are you ashamed of whatever you’re posting? Afraid of dissenting opinion? I mean, all my posts are open. I’m not afraid of dissenting opinion.

But Trench, you ban people from your site all the time. True, but those people are 3 McNuggets short of a Happy Meal and don’t offer anything to the conversation, let alone society.

So why don’t you stop operating in the shadows like the mutants you are?

Come out into the light. You just may like it.

  • Dr Broom’s Party House

    Dr Broom’s Party House

Playboy names McGill as a Top 10 Party School:

How’s this for timing? McGill University has been named the only Canadian University in Playboy Magazine’s Top 10 Party Schools.

In case you’ve forgotten, McGill University is in the middle of a hazing scandal where a rookie football player has accused veteran players of anally probing him with a broom handle in a ritual known as “Dr. Broom”.

I never knew that sexual sadism was one of Playboy’s requirements for a party school.
