New Details in Teen Beating Case Released:
Now the story goes that the reason behind the beating of Victoria Lindsay was because she owed $4 to Mercades Nichols according to documents released by prosecutors.
If that’s the case I wonder what Nichols wanted the $4 for.
Nichols’ grandmother also comments on the beating in the article.
Also, Stephen Schumaker changed his story when it came to putting it on tape. He now claims he wasn’t even there.
Well of course he’s going to change his story. And looks like chick’s mother can’t use the name calling as an excuse anymore. Now it’s over money. A very small sum for that matter. Adorable.
I think there is a lot more behind this than we will ever know even when it goes to court.
While i really pray that these kids go to jail for a Long time
I sadly have my doubts that that will ever happen.
Judges just seem to want to give out chances too much in these type cases. Ms Nichols however since she already has a violent type charge due to a report made by a boyfriend in her past who she stabbed with a ink pen among other things maybe that one will get some time.
I am unsure on the rest.
Mind you again I really really Hope and pray but seems lately the law has just been letting me down more and more with handing out time and punishment.
Look at that woman who killed her baby in baltimore with the methadone She got probation in some drug treatment center and 10 years suspended.
There are many cases recently where judges are barely handing out real time even when kids are tortured and killed or just killed So do we really have any hope that the right thing will happen here??
Lets all cross fingers and pray to whomever we worship that something strikes this judge and they get at least some amount of jail time.
I think this is ridiculous. These girls taped this beating because they wanted fame. Four dollars is not worth what this girl has to live with. My cousin goes to this school and now I’m scared for her life because she is almost 15 years old and I now wonder if the people she calls friends are trustworthy or not. I agree with Bay the person before me on this one because there are so many cases of murder that just get passed over on now but yet I prank phone called a pizza place for 6 large pies one time and I gave then the wrong address but since my number was on the caller ID (it was a cell phone and mine does not block calls) they called me back and I got arrested for 2 1/2 months. These girls better get something hard. I hope the girls they are in with are giving them hell!! May Victoria Lindsay live a safer life and I wish her the best there is. I feel so much pain for her and I hope this does not happen to my cousin or I think I’ll have to go on a murdering spree because she’s my baby and if anything happened to her I would lose my mind.
