   Mr. Boomalicious has been released on bail. His bail was reduced from 250K to only 25K. Know what else? Mre. Boomalicious has 4 daughters, all within 1-4 years of his victims age. The scarey thing? Mr. Boomalicious may not ever get prosecuted for his crime. That’s right…Mr. Boomalicious may get away with his predation. How is this possible? His defense attorney will try to stall his trial (original date set for March 6, 2007) until the prosecution loses interest and the charges are dropped. I find this to be a travesty because it’s telling all kids out there that what happened to this 14 year-old girl really doesn’t matter adults are NOT held accountable for their crimes against children. How can we keep Mr. Boomalicious from getting away with his crime? By applying pressure through the media.

   BTW, Mr. Boomalicious claims that he did not in fact offend, he was merely doing “research” for a book he was writing. He wanted to write a book so that his daughters would understand how easy it would be for a predator to find them. Funny thing…he never told anyone about this book…he never interviewed the police…he never interviewed experts in the field…he never did anything a NORMAL individual would have done if they were truly performing research and wanting to write an expose`. He claims he was inspired by Dateline NBC’s “To Catch a Predator.” Hmmmmm….your thoughts?

   just a note, the above comment was left by polks ex-wife any one else smell bitterness? none of the above allegations have been proved true or false yet, what happened to innocent until proven guilty? police are still investigating, and the girl, who was also very sexually active prior to this incodent, opened her legs, the age of consent law is bogus in my opinion she knew what she was doing, dont judge ’til you have the facts!

   For D Lumsden it does not matter that the above post was left by Polks ex-wife, it is all true. I have known Joe for a few years know and I know he is a sick person. His ex-wife has a right to be bitter when he is having sex with girls the same age as his oldest daughter.
   The fact that you think the age of consent is “bogus” just shows that you are also a sick person. Joe needs to go to prision and stay there. I think people that commit acts like him should be in prision for life. Joe is a compulsive liar and I have seen it first hand several times. Anyone who believes him needs to have there head examened. Melanie, I hope you can keep your daughters safe and away from that sick freak!

   Melanie is my aunt.. Joe is my uncle. As for those who think Melanie is bitter.. do you really blame her? Her daughters are amazing and Joe is sick. You would be worried about your daughters too. As for the allegations that Melanie stated.. they were proven true! And Joe is now in prison.

   So to anyone who thinks the 14-year old girl was “opening her legs” you’re just as SICK as joe is.

   Think about that one!!
