Teen accused of planning Columbine-style attack at Penn sentenced:

Russell James Frantom IV was sentenced yesterday for his part in a plot to attack Penn High school in Indiana. He was told he could be held in juvenile detention until he’s 21. So I guess it wasn’t much of a sentence but more like a suggestion. Anyway, he’ll be spending some time in a “boy’s school”.

He apologized and said he would have never gone through with the plan. Uh-huh. That’s what they all say.

Even his mom is happy with the sentence…

“I feel comfortable with the decision. I think he can go on and learn from his mistake and come out a stronger person and maybe a better person. That’s what i can hope for,” Kelly Stetler tells NewsCenter 16.

We can only hope.

No word if he’ll testify against his interstate cohort Lee Billi.

That’s whay they all say.”Though then again, I would be willing to bet a very small % of those that make plans actually go through with them. I bet you in every high school in America between 1-5 kids has a plot of what he would do. Yet this only happens once or twice a year (in America at least), what would that be .1% of kids that reach the plotting stage actually carry it out, maybe even .01%.

    This happens more than once or twice per year in America. It happens more than the statistics would have you believe.The DOJ statistics are skewed and incorrect. For example, for 2005 alone I have record of 250+ incidents of school violence. Yeah, that’s not including threats. These are actual incidents where someone got hurt, or a weapon was discharged, or attempted murder/assault took place with a weapon.We only hear about the ones with the biggest casualties on national TV because they are sensationalized. This is a serious problem and I’m exposing that in my book.Don’t be surprise if the government finds me, steals me and locks me away to torture me because I am exposing the DOJ statistics to be a complete fraud. I have the names, details, police reports and media evidence to back it all up, too.Another example:DOJ numbers for 7 years (1999-2006):Incidents: 109Deaths: 116My numbers for JUST 5 years:Incidents: 584Deaths: 227My numbers for just 5 years don’t include 2004 and 2006. I have not finished tallying the numbers for those years yet. But as you can see, my numbers are already 5x higher than the DOJ for incidents of school violence WITHOUT 2 years worth of numbers.You’re totally right about how many kids plot but don’t go through with it. For every actual incident, ten kids plot. For every plot that gains media attention because they get caught – ten more are undetected. At least.

    so are you supposed to be a journalist or something, because looking at your website, all you seem to do is summarize other peoples articles…. what’s with that???

    you should also know this article is completely wrong… he’s not at boy school, and he’s getting out sooner…
