Gag Order Issued In Videotaped Beating Case:
The lawyer representing look out Zachary Ashley has requested and received a gag order in the recorded beating of Victoria Lindsay.
Ashley’s lawyer, the esteemed James “Rusty” Franklin, requested the order after Sheriff Grady Judd made inflammatory statements to the media. Judd called the suspects animals. I guess technically the truth can be inflammatory. And you know if your lawyer has a “nickname” you may want to consider better counsel.

This really hurts me deeply. It is akin to the murder of my brother last year by three punks, one of which was his nephew. They caught him on the phone and attacked him with a bat-like stick, he was unaware, he didn&rsquot stand a chance. They beat him into a stupor. They stabbed my brother repeatedly after beating him & kicking him, they slit his throat then beat him in the side of his head until the side of his face caved in, then they pissed on him. One boy was 16, the others 17 & 20 at the time.
These little punks deserve to die for what they did. They buried him in the edge of the grove in a shallow grave and for 4 1/2 months we suffered wondering if we&rsquod find his body because we knew he was dead. He would never go more than a few days without contacting us.
In some cases neglect makes a child hardened but not in all cases. When a kid reaches a certain age they know right from wrong and we can only hope their conscience won&rsquot let them take it as far as these boys did.
I hope these kids get a stiff sentence. It hurts to see this because of what happened to my brother, I hope the girl is okay.
The trial for my brothers killers hasn&rsquot taken place yet, we&rsquore still trying to get the third suspect from Canada. They kept the third suspect out of the papers until they caught him.
He has a virtual memorial, if anyone is interested. Please go look and sign his guestbook. We&rsquore all still having a really hard time dealing with this and it would mean alot to me and my family.

I’m just so completely outraged. I hope that there not a single lawyer out there that will try to defend these girls. I will look down on them even if it is their job.
I’ve been obsessing over this ever since i saw it yesterday. I plan to become a teacher and i would not do very well with these situations, because if i ever saw this it would be me and jail under charges of murder.
I think the mothers should be punished in some fashion as well. The ones defending what their kids did and saying “the girl shouldn’t have been talking trash about the other kids, she has to take some part in this.” THEY make me sick. I am a mom and I love my daughter but she would get a solid beating from me (even if she’s 16) if she did something like this to another human being and you better believe she wouldn’t be allowed to EVER speak to these other little hood rat girls again.
We read comments like, “If this is what is happening, what’s next?” It’s an amazing question because nothing is next. We are at the bottom. They did not kill this girl, but if they had, it would have been satisfactory to these beasts.
The only thing that seperates man from an animal is his ability to LEARN and apply morals and the law. These sub human children are the product of a society that has walked away from morals and judgement. Our government no longer rules by morals, but by post modern relativism. The government, the judges, the courts, will no longer protect your life from these animals.
What’s next? Vigilantism.
i think the girls are skanks and white trash . i think its the parents fault if they talk and act like animals . im sure every one in this proably saw the movie BULLY and thought it was the cool Florida thing youre suppose to do .
its almost just how i remember that movie ….. they copied it form the movie BULLY which is a true story from outta FL .
