Neuro-psychological exam requested for one of Cassie Jo Stoddart’s killers

Exam Requested By Adamcik’s Private Counsel in Pocatello:

I’ve posted about the murder of Cassie Jo Stoddart before. She was the 16-year-old Idaho girl who was brutally killed by two scumbags she thought were her friends, Brian Draper, and Torey Adamcik. They also videotaped her murder. Back in August, they were both sentenced to life without parole after they were tried as adults.

Now the attorney for Adamcik is requesting that his client receive a neuro-psychological exam for his client on the taxpayer’s dime to see if he has a brain deficiency.

Brain deficiency? Adamcik and Draper sliced Cassie Jo Stoddart to ribbons, videotaped it, and bragged about her murder on the tape. He doesn’t have a brain deficiency he has a soul deficiency and a humanity deficiency and hopefully, a judge will make sure he has a society deficiency for the rest of his life.

I was looking over at J4J about this case and I noticed that it seems like there is little evidence tying him directly to the murder (as opposed to his co-defendant). I obviously don’t neccessarily believe them but I was wondering what evidence you have seen that says he committed the murder.

Also I noticed that at least one criminal psychologist says he is a low risk to reoffend (if not housed in a maximum security prision) and is very immature for his age. I was wondering if any psychologist the prosecution offered said otherwise. If he is evil as you say he is then you are right that he deserves at the very least LWP but I am not seeing that evidence, either on this site or elsewhere online.

I am seeing plenty of evidence about his buddy I am seeing him say he saw the dead girls body. However, I am not seeing evidence of evilness of being there yes, of participating yes (though who knows if he knew how far it would go), of needing to be locked away yes just not evilness yet. I am wondering if you have it or if you are making assumptions agian, pardon my suspicous nature, but it wouldn’t be the first time.

He was there. He at least witnessed the murder. He was in the video. He didn’t do anything to stop it. He’s just as guilty as his partner.

I’m sorry, I don’t believe that just being there makes you as guilty as your partner. If someone is stabbing to death a girl before your eyes, yeah you would like to think you would attack him and let him plunge his knife into your heart in a vain attempt to stop him but then again none of us have ever been there.

    The law disagrees.

And the law is always right? I think convicting him of what his buddy was convicted of denies his buddies evilness.

The law is right in this instance. It hols them both equally culpable.

Hold the guy that you don’t know what he wants (he could have easily thought it was a prank or some shit like that until his friend pulls out the knife) equally culpable with a sociopathic killer. I am sorry I don’t buy that logic.
