Dyleski gets life

Dyleski gets life in prison without parole:

Scott Dyleski has been sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole in the murder of Pam Vitale.

Some words from the sentencing judge…

“The one time I saw you show any emotion is during autopsy photos,” Contra Costa Superior Court Judge Barbara Zuniga told the Dyleski as she sentenced the teenager.

“I saw you, sir, lean forward and your mouth fell open. And that’s the position you remained in. You were absolutely fascinated by your handwork. You don’t deserve to live among decent people.”

The pleas for leniency by Dyleski’s lawyer obviously fell on deaf ears and took the brutal way Pam Vitale was killed into consideration rather than Dyleski’s youth and “troubled upbringing”.

Personal responsibility wins a rare victory.

Personal responsibility…ironically, Vitale’s husband got away without having to face up to his. Congratulations!

I guess Scott will now get to find out first hand how they treat “fresh young meat” in the prison system. Enjoy Scott.

And…omgz….Scott was an idiot who killed someone and idiots who kill people are allowed to get butt raped in prison

Hey Trench, its Steph again for one final comment on the Dyleski trial.

I still stand by my word saying that he is innocent mainly because there is enough evidence to suggest that he is innocent.
But like I said, I would have no problems in standing up and saying that I was wrong…even though I have my doubts.
There are a number of things that I wish I could talk to you about, but alas time is once again eating at my back. I have to say that I appriecate what you have said and have taken your words into consideration.
Its funny how one little magazine can lead to a whole timeline of events.
I will keep reading your websites, but probaby not posting replies. The Dyleski trial, I think we can all say took me by everything that I stand by in innocence.
Anyway, time is of the essence, and I must leave you.
I will talk to you again some time.

    Your faithful reader,
    Steph.

I live in Lafayette. A friend of Scott is dating a friend of mine. Right after he the woman was killed, he told a friend that in order to bludgeon someone, you must “do it at least 20 times”. He gave his girlfriend a backpack full of his clothes to hide for a few days, and actually told her that he didn’t want her tied up in the mess. He never confessed, but he never denied it. Wouldn’t you at least deny it?

Trench, you are one narrow-minded son of a gun – don’t we WISH that LIFE was as black as white as YOUR world! Sure would make things a lot more simple – almost as simple as your mind… I bet you are a COP – you sound just like one or worse a lawyer or maybe you’re just a blue collar redneck blessed with ignorance and feel the need to bestow it on the rest of us!

No one is forcing you to read my site. By the way, don’t you think it’s just a little ironic that you call me narrow minded then call me a blue collar redneck blessed with ignorance?
