1 count of criminal sexual assualt each. Wow according to police they all took advantage of her while she was unconscious Pacheco acutally violating her and the 15 year old as well and Alverio trying to get oral sex from her.
UPDATE : The other was arrested a 22 year old man. In connection to the sexual assault.

The assailants – ages 18, 17 and 15 – plied her with alcohol until she passed out and sexually assaulted her, according to prosecutors.
Juan Miramontes, 22, was arrested Friday and charged with a misdemeanor count of contributing to the delinquency of a minor, Officer Kristina Schuler said.
The assault took place inside Miramontes’ home, and an investigation into his role in the incident is ongoing, said Andew Conklin, a spokesman for the Cook County State’s Attorney’s office.
Also Alverio is a high school drop out.

Just one single element to get conspiracy and that is to agree to do whatever crime they plan to do. I don’t understand why people are calling this person a “slut.” Not all 14 year olds are able to judge character very well and when I was 15 I hung out with guys who could drive. I didn’t necessarily think they’d take me somewhere, nor did any of them give me alcohol, but at that age, I’d probably think it was cool to have an older guy friend who could drive AND give me alcohol. What also confuses me is that if she was a “slut,” she wouldn’t have wanted to be passed out – she would’ve WANTED to have sex with these people. But she wasn’t even conscious according to what ‘Prosecutor’ wrote. Why do people keep blaming the victim? Why are people calling her stupid when the young men who were older (one of them not by much) should’ve known even better NOT to do what they did. This almost happened to my little sister but she got out of the situation before anything REALLY bad happened. I knew the guy who did it too – I used to date him! I have known Angel for a long time now. We went to the same Elementary School, Leaved in the same building, got along well with his family, and even dated his cousin. However, that really doesn&rsquot matter because meeting a girl on myspace is fine. Having drinks at that age is wrong but we all have. Having sex is okay also. But leaving her in an alley like a dog isn&rsquot even something I would do to my worst enemy. I never knew that Angel would be the type of person to rape girl and I still don&rsquot. But the fact still remains that his character has changed because I never thought he could leave a 14 year old girl in the alley naked, drunk, and allegedly sexually assaulted. So him and the other cat really deserved what they got. I love him like a brother but I do not uphold any body in the wrong.
