Football hazing trial moving to Santa Fe:

The trial for the Robertson High football players accused of sodomizing their younger teammates is being moved to Santa FE, NM from the small town of Las Vegas, NM.

Both the prosecution and defense agreed to this move since the topic has basically taken over the town.

For once I have no problem with a trial being moved because I think it’s already been shown that the suspects have been given preferential treatment.

Two Robertson Suspects Accused Of Violating Court Order:

The last we heard about the suspects in the Robertson High School hazing scandal they were placed under house arrest and some were also given the special privilege of being able to practice at a community center that the victims also attend.

Apparently that special treatment wasn’t enough since teammates Marcus Gutierrez and Santiago Armijo were picked up after attending a house party that were at neither of their houses.

Small town athletes who think they’re above the law? Who would have guessed?

Former Robertson football players face judge:

The six Robertson High football players that are accused of sodomizing younger teammates with a broomstick have all pleaded not guilty to the charges against them.

Instead of holding suspected rapists in jail until trial all six have been placed under house arrest with four of then being allowed to work out at a community center. A community center that the victims also attend. One of the suspects was also allowed to keep his restaurant job.

Don’t you love it when small town politics mixes with high school athletics? I sure as hell don’t.

The victims families are hopeful that the six will be charged as adults. If I were them I wouldn’t hold my breath. History is not on their side.

Report: Attorney recommends re-instating coaches in Sebastian River Middle soccer incident:

The attorney for Indian River School District has recommended that the chaperons on the infamous pie box sodomy bus trip be reinstated. Attorney Usher Brown stated in his report that soccer coach Andrew Lewis and volleyball coach John Kebbel were unable to see into the back of the bus because it was night time.

I guess at nighttime they can’t hear either. I would think that when a middle schooler is having a pie box shoved up his ass that there would be some kind of noise.

I don’t know what makes me more ill the lawyer or the two school employees who actually went along with this.

Criminal Charges Filed In Robertson Hazing Incident:

The six football players accused of sodomizing their teammates with a broomstick from Robertson High School in Las Vegas, New Mexico are now facing criminal charges for their actions.

According to the article there were at least ten victims of their homoerotic hazing ritual.

They’ve been charged with rape and kidnapping.

The suspects may even be charged as adults. I hope they are. Rape is not a juvenile crime.

Even though the article I linked to is an opinion piece, and a great one at that, it does contain some information about the incident that took place at Sebastian River Middle School.

The suspects are 15-year-old Jose Zamora and 14-year-old Rodolfo Rodriguez. They’ve been charged with lewd and lascivious molestation and attempted sexual battery on a child under 12. Unfortunately they have been charged as juveniles. Zamora and Rodriguez may also be expelled and the school canceled the remainder of the soccer season.

Even though the column is almost a month old (way to go Google News) it’s still definitely worth a read just for the comments that people left acting like having a pie box shoved up an 11-year-old’s ass is no big deal. There’s nothing like a community full of enablers.

2 Sebastian Teens Charged In Hazing Incident:

It seems that sodomy hazing has even crept into our middle schools.

Two players from the Sebastian River Middle School in Florida have been not only kicked out of school but have been charged with felonies that took place on the school bus.

The pair (14 and 15) grabbed a sixth grade player, held his pants down and tried to cram an apple pie box up his ass. Of course the cell phone wielding teammates tried to take pictures of the incident.

Of course since it involves sports and boys some parents think that the school and police are overreacting. What if it was a girls team or what if a boy did this to a girl? Would it be overreacting then? Whatever parents said that need to be smacked about the face and neck with a hot baking pan.

I’m just glad to see that a school and a police force are taking these charges seriously for once.

And I hope that middle school goes up to 9th grade if they have 15 year-olds.

Students At Robertson High School Allege More Hazing Last Spring:

Some of the football players from Robertson High in New Mexico who have been suspended for hazing other players may be responsible for another incident of hazing. Now there are accusations that hazing took place on an academic trip this past spring. The article doesn’t go into detail about what type of hazing took place. It just mentions that younger classmen roomed with the hazers and that no sexual assault took place like in the football hazing.

I guess they were practicing for their big sodomizing debut.

More details have emerged in the alleged hazing of younger players of the Robertson High School in Las Vegas, NM. Some of the victims claim that they were sodomized with a broomstick.

According to the new report from police younger players were told to “take it like a man” or “get it 10 times worse later.” I shudder to think what 10 times worse would be. Locker room rape without lube maybe?

The victims also allege that an assistant coach walked in on the attack and did nothing to stop it. Now resigned head football coach Ray Woods denies that allegation.

The entire football coaching staff of Robertson High School in Las Vegas, NM has resigned in the midst of a hazing scandal.

If you’ll recall some of the Roberston players allegedly hazed some of their younger teammates. And by hazed I mean one was possibly sodomized with a broomstick.

The six alleged hazers have been suspended for the remainder of the school year and police are still investigating to see if criminal charges can be brought against them.

I know coaches are supposed to be held responsible when something like this happens. I just hope the homoerotic buckethead players are happy that they basically got their coach fired.

Of course the school is downplaying the situation…

District Superintendent Rick Romero says the allegations by the accusers are “mostly false.” He says as many as eight alleged victims weren’t physically injured.

More than likely lawsuits will be filed and criminal charges could also be filed.

Again I have to say for a group of people (jocks) that are usually so homophobic they seem to have no problem committing what basically amounts to prison rape.

The 3 football players from Mepham High in Long Island were sentenced today for sodomizing younger teammates in a hazing attack with broomsticks, golf balls, and pine cones. One was sent to a boot camp, the other to a juvenile detention facility, and the third got probation after providing prosecutors with information. On the one hand the punishment sort of fits the crime because in boot camp and juvenile hall they’ll be able to find out what its like to be intimidated by someone bigger than you or in a position of authority over you. On the other hand the punishment isn’t enough. For all intents and purposes they raped their younger teammates. Poetic justice would have been trying them as adults and putting them in real prison where they can have a whole array of objects rectally inserted in them. These rapists will get out eventually. The victims have to live with this their entire lives. Hopefully they’re in facilities like the one in the movie Sleepers.

Witnesses and victims say the varsity players also targeted a black player with racial epithets repeatedly during camp, forcing the victims and other junior varsity players to put on white sheets and scream things like ‘we’re gonna lynch you, — ‘ and “the Klan is back.”

Someone had grabbed the broomstick already from the corner of the cabin and slathered the handle with mineral ice. The boy struggled, but two other varsity players, a junior and a senior who was a team co-captain, held him down.

Twenty-four hours later, about 1 p.m., the senior captain attacked the junior varsity player with duct tape, ripping the hair off his right leg, then his left, off his eyebrows and his armpits. Then, the senior handed the roll of tape to one of the juniors, who pulled the boy’s shorts down and used the tape to tear his pubic hair.

The three admitted attackers ordered another junior varsity player to sodomize the boy with a broomstick. When the other player resisted, they threatened to do the same to him.

Ten minutes later, they sodomized the other player anyway. The senior and one of the juniors held that boy down as he was sodomized with a pinecone covered with mineral ice. Then, using the broomstick, they sodomized him with a golf ball

These are not the acts of juveniles. These are the acts of rapists that deserve to be in prison. Again I say the karma train was derailed. Mepham Teens To Be Tried As Juveniles:
This makes me absolutely ill. The karma train was derailed today when a Pennsylvania judge, Robert J. Conway, ruled that the tree Mepham High football players who sodomized their younger teammates with pine cones, golf balls, and broom sticks, will not be tried as adults. This is sending a dangerous message to athletic programs across the country. Its ok to forcibly sodomize your teammates. You won’t go to jail for it. 16 and 17 is old enough to know that when you put a pine cone in someone’s ass who doesn’t want it there that it’s wrong. So these kids after raping three younger teammates will probably do no time and have their records wiped clean when they turn 18. This literally is a travesty of justice. To make matters worse the cowardly judge issued a gag order so we may never know the reasons he had behind his idiotic decision. Once again victims’ rights are thrown under the bus. Fuck you Your Honor. Or should I say Your Dis-honor?

Football coaches fired in alleged hazing aftermath:
It sucks that these coaches lost their jobs but ultimately in any sport a coach is responsible for his team. What kills me is some of the support they received. From the article…

Varsity football captain Dan Cosenza tearfully told the board “these football coaches are caring role models and should not be stripped of their coaching positions.”

Hey Dan, think about this. If it wasn’t for your teammates shoving pine cones up other kids’ asses you’re coaches would still have their jobs. Ever think of that meathead?
