Green Bay School District Delays Civil Case Against Suspects in Plot:
The Green Bay School District has decided to delay their lawsuit against East High School shooting plotters William Cornell, Shawn Sturtz, and Bradley Netwal. Basically because there is little point to filing restraining orders to keep them off of school grounds while they’re in jail. They can refile once the criminal case is settled.
