Jonesboro gunman approved for psych eval
Judge OKs mental exam for Jonesboro school shooter:
A judge has approved defense’s request for a mental evaluation on Jonesboro gunman Mitchell Johnson.
For what? I didn’t know you could claim insanity in a theft trial.

Sounds like a ploy by the prosecution. They prove hes crazy he will spend more time in a mental hospital then he ever would in a jail. I forget what case but I have heard of something like that happening before in a fairly normal trial and if TV is anything to go by (generally isn’t) its starting to be used in rape trials. How much time is he serving again?
