Driver Dies After Being Stunned With Taser:
A 53-year-old man died 30 minutes after being Tased by police in Merced, California. However I think the Taser had little to do with his death.
The suspect was driving south in the Northbound lane on Highway 99, hit five cars, then jumped on to some guy’s truck.
Police Tased him when the suspect tried to run out into traffic. The suspect became unresponsive and police tried to save his life before an ambulance arrived.
Call me crazy but I’m going to guess that drugs or alcohol may have had more to contribute to this man’s death than a Taser.
