Austria: Police nab student over online video about school violence:
Austrian police were tipped off to a YouTube video that threatened school violence by German authorities. When the suspect was confronted he was inconsolable about the trouble caused. To me that sounds like he was a typical internet tough guy until the cops caught up with him.

Nothing was found in a search of the home and no charges were filed.
