OK, this guy is a real sociopath, not to mention an ass. There, I said it. He shoots Debbie Rediess in her own driveway with her new boyfriend standing nearby. Jeaousy? Probably. Can’t take rejection? Absolutely. Read the Email he said confessing to the murder. And what does he blame? The victim, of ccourse. Normal for Domestic Violence cases such as this. And of course, this honorable Deputy went on the run after cold-bloodedly killing Debbie so that the KSP would earn their money. Did I say he was an ass? He was captured however, in Smiths Grove, IA (which of course in the the jurisdiction of the KSP). Wasn’t the insane asylum that Halloween’s Michael Meyers in also called Smiths Grove??

In life, nothing is fair. That is how it is. Sometimes, you fall in love, get married, blah blah blah. Then, one person falls out of love or whatever and maybe even cheats on the other. Not respectable, but again, it happens. Usually you work it out or divorce. However, this case, is a bit different! When Deputy Robert McClain’s wife told him she was leaving him for another man (a younger model at that), he did not react well. He met with the new man in his wife’s life and let loose, so to speak. He beat and kicked both of them, and also tried to get his wife to castrate the man. He then used a knife to cut the man’s face over and over. This attack lasted around 9 hours. Then he took his wife home, and sodomized her and cut off her hair.

I know that being cheated on is humiliating and painful, but this Deputy, sworn to uphold the law, took that anger to extremes. He is now charged with:

34-year old Deputy Robert McClain was charged today with one felony count each of aggravated mayhem, torture, sodomy by force with great bodily injury.

The charges include a sentencing enhancements for personal use of a deadly weapon, great bodily injury to a sexual assault victim and the use of a deadly weapon during a sexual offense.

Back on the old Psycho For Love website I used to have a category called FSP which stood for Female Sexual Predators. One of the FSP’s I covered extensively was child touching teacher Kelsey Peterson from Nebraska.

In case you don’t remember Kelsey was a teacher who ran off with her 13-year-old illegal immigrant student to Mexico so they could bump uglies. She was having sex with the student since he was 12-years-old. The boy has since been granted legal status in this country.

A massive search was put on for the pair and they were caught trying to enter Mexico where the boy’s family was from.

Ms. Peterson pleaded guilty to federal charges of transporting a minor across state lines to have sex. Yesterday she was sentenced to only six years in the federal pen.

I’m appalled at that sentence for the usual reason. If she was a man who ran off with a 13-year-old girl or boy we’d be calling for his head on a pike after being drawn and quartered.

However there is hope for us Draconian types. She still has state charges against her for kidnapping and sexual assault. Not that I think she’ll receive much more from the state if anything at all.

Let’s hear it for double standards.

Divorce can be ugly. But when you decide to set up your ex just to make sure that he or she does not get anything, well, that is just plain stupid. Especially if you include others in your plan. John Burkett did just that - paying 3 other people to put a gun and drugs in his estranged wife’s car. He was not very smart about it at all. Especially since the cop who pulled her over knew both of them.

Nothing is tackier than showing up to a wedding not dressed properly. Or bringing a razor and crowbar as gifts. But that is exactly what Lisa Coker did. When she was not allowed into the reception by the groom’s mother, she did what any rejected white trash girl would do and attaked the mother of the groom. So, instead of the reception she was not invited to, she went to jail. And the groom’s mother had to have stitches from the attack.

How many of you get that dreaded “honey-do” list from your spouse? Or do you create one for your spouse? I am sure we all do, including me. I make one (usually just verbally) for my hubby on his days off. However, he seems to only believe it says “Play WOW all day”. I guess I am not very clear or very determined. At least, not as much as Jennifer Lynn Melvin, of Tooele, UT was today. She made the list for her husband and an argument commenced. So, she stabbed him with a steak knife. She is now charged with aggravated domestic violence. However, police say they have been to their home a number of times, but this is the most it has escalated to. So everyone, beward of your “honey-do” list!

OK, I am NOT a supporter of drinking and driving. I guess that is obvious. And throw in some stupidity, and that just gets me angry. Misty Williams and her boyfriend, Jerimy Whaley were drinking early Friday morning. Jerimy decided to take a walk. Then Misty went looking for him, in the car, after she had been drinking. And of course, she runs him over. I guess you could say she found him. Police do not believe she did it intentionally, but neighbors were not as positive. Especially with a “mystery man” at the scene who disappeared.

Joseph Petcka was jealous. Jealous of Norman. Norman the cat. But I should say, Norman was a cat. Norman is dead. Joseph killed him. He was drunk and jealous and took it out on the cat because he said his girlfriend loved the cat more than him. Norman was probably more deserving.

Assistant District Attorney Leila Kermani said the cat named Norman died with broken teeth, broken ribs, a broken leg, a torn tongue, massive internal injuries including bruised lungs and a bruised liver and a chest cavity filled with blood.

Joseph can now add loser to his resume. And my 2 kitties, who are smarter than Joseph, give their stamp of approval for that. ~meow~

Martha Beech *thought* she was buying a drug called phenylbutazone. However, she was buying it from a police informant and it was not the real thing. What is even crazier, is that the husband did not believe she was trying to kill him, even after seeing the video of the transaction. That is, until she admitted it, kinda. She told him she was crazy when he asked her why. Well, I won’t argue with that logic!

Some people just can’t be grown ups. His girlfriend breaks up with him, so he goes back to her apartment, beats her up, and kidnaps her children. THEN he goes back the next day and tries to get in, and shoots another woman. Unfortunately he is still on the run from the police (it is unclear whether he returned the children, but I think so, as an Amber Alert has not been activated and this would meet the requirements)

38 year old Sean Jennings is one of those people that think murder is better than divorce. Only, it backfired on him. His wife did not die from the attempted hanging. He actually released her when she went conscious. However, it did not stop the divorce, as it was finalized a month later. And he is now headed to prison for 12 years.

Eric McLean has gone on trial. You may remember this story. His wife, Erin, was a teacher and was having an affair with one of her students, Sean Powell. Apparently Eric found out and it did not sit well with him. He says he tried to work things out with Erin and tried to befriend Sean. However, he came home one night and found Sean there and told him to leave. When Sean refused, he called the police and said someone was stalking his wife. Sean was then leaving and Eric did tell the dispatch that. However, minutes later, Erin called 911 stating her husband had just shot and killed Sean.
Eric does not dispute shooting Sean, but he says it was an accident and wants the conviction to reflect that. The prosecution states it was premeditated. And of course, Erin McLean, is no where to be found. She is listed as a witness, but who knows if she will show up. After all, she has tried to gain sympathy by trying (but not succeeding) to commit suicide. And Sean’s parents have stayed pretty quiet, but did say:

His mother, Scarlett Powell, eventually issued a statement calling Erin McLean a “master manipulator” who victimized her former student.

And of course, Erin remains silent. But then again, what could she possibly say? She ruined so many lives just to have an affair with a student. Now we will see what happens with Eric. He faces up to life in prison (must serve a minimum of 51 years before the possibility of parole) if he is convicted of first degree murder or far less time & probation if convicted of a lesser charge. Many say he did not premediate this, however, remember - it only takes about 1 minute to form intent. Hopefully this jury will not feel sorry for him and remember that he robbed a young man of his life, over jealousy and anger.

Rockerfelle Auguste was arrested last week at his Manhattan office on charges of conspiracy to commit murder and criminal possession of a weapon.

In the end…it’s cheaper to keep her.

OK, one of my guilty pleasures in life is checking out the NY Post everyday, with their tabloid-sensationalistic headlines. You gotta love them! And of course, this one caught my eye. Especially with a photo of Sondra London (who is also known for her “romance” with Danny ‘The Gainesville Ripper’ Rolling) and Gerard Shaefer . And the first paragraph is great!:

IT’S DEATH ROW-MANCING

Some people can’t take rejection, I am telling you! The two met playing an online game, “Second Life”. OK, that is nice. They became friends and apparently started some sort of relationship. However, when they met in real life, he decided the relationship was not for him, for whatever reason. She did not like this. She tried to kidnap him at gunpoint from his job (was unsuccessful!) and then tried to kidnap him from his apartment (hey, she is at least persistant!). Now the craziest part is that she took her dog with her to do this. At the victim’s apartment, the dog would not be quiet. Since she had her handy dandy kidnap kit with her (duct tape, handcuffs, BB gun, taser - all the essentials we take to a kidnapping), she just duct taped the dog up and put him in the bathroom. So, not only is she now facing attempted kidnapping, burglary and aggravated menacing, but they are looking into animal abuse charges as well.
