Updated: Tallahassee teen pleads no contest to charges he threatened to kill principal, students

17-year-old Jacob Pearson pleaded no contest today for plotting an attack against Leon High School in Tallahassee and its principal Rocky Hanna.

He was not charged as an adult and under his plea will spend 18-36 months in a ‘level 10′ juvenile detention program. Level 10 is the highest you can get in the juvenile system.

I hope that program also includes mental health because in the first time in this history of this site I think Pearson is legitimately crazy.

Bond revoked for terror threat suspect:

Olutosin O. Oduwole, or as I call him ‘Triple O’, has had his bond officially revoked. If you’ll recall Triple O was arrested for plotting an attack against Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville (SIUE).

You might remember his story from the fact that he claims a written threat to the school were actually rap lyrics.

Anyway he was out on bond and attending school in Missouri but he violated his bond by attempting to buy a .45-caliber semiautomatic machine gun by lying about his criminal history.

At the time of his arrest Triple O was allegedly involved in some shady gun dealing scams as well.

Anyway, yesterday a judge revoked his $1M bond for trying to buy the gun.

I’d hate to be the person who posted his bond only to be betrayed like that.

Judge praises school plotter, criticizes mother:

At a hearing for would be school shooter Dillon Cossey Montgomery County Court Judge Paul Tressler had some words of encouragement to Dillon.

Tressler, who initially did not recognize the teen, was effusive in his praise of the boy’s progress, especially his weight loss of 73 pounds, down from 305 pounds a year ago. He took a request for a home visit from the boy’s attorney, J. David Farrell, under advisement.

“You’ve done well,” the judge said. “I see you going home - you’ve earned it.”

If you’ll remember Dillon Cossey was the home-schooled kid from outside of Philadelphia who plotted to attack Plymouth-Whitemarsh High School. He also had contact with Pekka Eric Auvinen of the Jokela massacre in Finland but that’s neither here nor there. Also if you’ll recall, Cossey’s mother, Michele Cossey, provided her son with some of the guns he planned to use. Judge Tressler did not have such kind words for her.

Tressler said that although he was pleased with Dillon Cossey’s evaluations, he echoed the concerns of prosecutor Sharon Giamporcaro, chief of the juvenile division, about his mother.

“His major problem is sitting right over there - that lady in blue,” the judge said, looking at Michele Cossey, 47. “You have destroyed this kid. . . . Until I trust you - and I do not at this point - he will not come home to you.”

Visibly upset, Michele Cossey raised her hand, hoping to speak.

“This isn’t a school - just keep quiet,” the judge responded.

Can I get an OH SNAP?

It seems that Michele Cossey had continued her spoiling ways by bringing Dillon food while he was in detention. She’s been told that if she does it again she will be barred from seeing her son for a month.

I’m glad to see a parent being held responsible for once for actions that emotionally damaged their child.

Technology Used to Thwart Teen’s Murder Plot:

The 17-year-old student who was allegedly plotting an attack against Leon High School in Florida has been named. At least the press in Florida has named him. And he is Jacob Pearson.

The article also details more of his mutantcy…

Pearson had written, “How did Eric and Dylan get their guns?” “I wanna make history at my old high school if you know what I mean?”

Well you’re sort of making history now. You’re probably the craziest kid that ever attended that school.

Student who threatened to kill Leon principal will not be allowed back to school:

Like it’s a question?

Anyway a 17-year-old from Tallahassee, Florida was arrested for plotting an attack against Leon High School and specifically Principal Rocky Hanna.

The suspect was a former student of the school who was expelled after an incident where he held a knife to his mother’s throat.

The FBI was tipped off after the teen was in a firearms chat room and tried to get information on how to obtain guns. He also spoke about his plan in the chat room.

When his house was searched no weapons were found but hey, guess what, the kid is a mutant…

After his arrest writings were found in his bedroom which included satanic/occult, homicidal fantasies and suicidal thoughts. The homicidal fantasies included idolization of the Columbine shooters and other similar incidents. Tallahassee police also documented that the boy had asked a friend if he knew how to obtain an Uzi submachine gun.

While the teen was living in Tennessee he had an ‘episode’ with his family…

In November 2007, the boy went on another rampage while in Tennessee where he attacked family members and talked about wanting to kill people, including Leon High Principal Rocky Hanna, and that he “requested that the police kill him.

Even though this kid is a mutant I think we finally have a winner in the ‘I’m actually insane’ sweepstakes. This kid needs a quick trip to and a lengthy stay in the bughouse.

Former Newington Student Denied Parole In Attack Plot:

Back in June Frank Fechteler was sentenced to three years plus time served for plotting an attack against Newington High School in Connecticut. Now that he’s served half of his sentence he is eligible for parole.

That request was denied by the parole board because of the seriousness of his crime.

Fechteler was one of these YouTube mutants that posted videos of himself firing guns and setting off homemade explosives. He was 16 at the time of his arrest.

When his house was searched the typical mutant items were found such as a hit list and photos of the cowardly scumbags Harris and Klebold.

Fechteler gave this heart felt plea…

“I just want to be the most positive person I can be. I can’t; I don’t know what people are thinking. They could always be scared of me, but if you could hear me right now, you have absolutely nothing to fear about me. I’m a changed person now.”

40 members of the community disagreed when they sent letters to the court requesting that Fechteler not be released early.

Fechteler will be up for parole again in April, 2009.

Teen Accused Of Planning School Shooting Free:

The suspect who was arrested for plotting an attack against Champion High School in Boerne, Texas is now a free man, for now.

A Judge reduced the $500,000 bond on Allen Doelitsch which allowed him to bond out this past Sunday.

Good job judge of letting a depressive would be killer back out into the general public.

BREAKING NEWS: Jury says Reeves is guilty:

Back in June of last year I posted the story about former Seminole County, Florida sheriff’s reserve deputy Kenneth Reeves. He was arrested for framing 18-year-old Scotty Davis. Reeves had planted pipe bombs in Davis’ house attempting to implicate Davis in a plot against Pace-Brantley Hall School. Davis was even arrested but the investigation led police to Reeves.

Reeves’ motive was that Davis’ mother rejected Reeves’ romantic advances.

Anyway this past Thursday Reeves was found guilty of armed burglary and possession of a destructive device.

Reeves is looking at life behind bars and his sentence is scheduled for Friday, Oct. 24th

Teen Accused of Possessing Bomb Materials Faces Federal Charges:

Our favorite would be presidential assassin is back in the news. 18-year-old Colin McKenzie-Gude was indicted on federal charges this past Friday.

If you’ll recall not only was he found to be in possession of illegal firearms and explosives but he was also found with addresses to teachers’ houses of his former high school, a map that the president’s motorcade takes to Camp David, and forged documents that showed McKenzie-Gude as a government agent.

McKenzie-Gude’s lawyer is trying to make the other teen that was arrested the scapegoat by alleging that it was the other teen that purchased the guns with his mother’s credit card. That doesn’t change the fact that McKenzie-Gude was in possession of them and all the other items.

Are they trying for the ‘he was holding it for a friend’ defense?

Teens Deny Charges Of Plotting Attack On School:

The two 16-year-olds who are charged with plotting an attack against St. Martin DePorres Catholic High School in Cleveland have both entered not guilty pleas.

Just once I want one of these punks to surprise me and plead guilty and own up to their actions for once.

Both are being held in juvenile custody.

Teens Arrested For Alleged School Threat:

Two 16-year-old students of St. Martin de Porres Catholic School were overheard discussing an attack against their school which was supposed to take place on the one year anniversary of the SuccessTech shooting.

Per usual the suspects claim the plot was just a prank but I think the evidence says otherwise.

The two discussed placing placing propane tanks fashioned into bombs in strategic places in the school much like the cowardly scumbags Harris and Klebold did at Columbine. The suspects allegedly warned other students not to come to school on October 11th. One of the suspect’s homes contained 24 bottles with cloth wicks in them, the beginnings of Molotov cocktails.

Some prank.

Potential plea in high school shooting plot case:

Do you remember the name Michele Cossey? She’s the 47-year-old ‘mother’ who supplied firearms to her teenage son Dillon who was going to use them to attack Plymouth-Whitemarsh High School in Pennsylvania.

In case you don’t remember let the article refresh your memory…

Even while knowing that her son was troubled, Cossey bought him three guns - a 9 mm semiautomatic rifle, a .22-caliber rifle and a .22-caliber handgun - and the makings for live grenades including inert grenades, gunpowder and BB pellets, according to the criminal complaint.

Police found the 9 mm rifle with laser scope and seven homemade grenades, four of which were live, along with numerous air and BB guns, knives and Columbine-related materials, in Cossey’s son’s bedroom on the night of Oct. 10, 2007, when they searched the home.

Also she was home-schooling Dillon in the 18 months prior to his arrest.

Anyway it looks like she’ll be entering into a plea agreement as early as Monday.

Michele Cossey has been charged with endangering the welfare of children, unlawful transfer of firearms, possession of a firearm by a minor, corruption of minors and recklessly endangering another.

No word yet on any of the details of the plea. If she gets away with no jail time then it will be a victory for criminal parenting.
