ATF: Skinhead Plot to Assassinate Obama Foiled:

If you’ve ever read my personal blog you’ll know that I am far from a supporter of Barack Obama. However I am going to discuss the alleged assassination plot against him by two neo-nazi skinheads from an apolitical point of view.

As I’m sure most are you are well aware of the ATF announced that authorities have arrested two neo-nazi skinheads that were allegedly plotting an attack not only on Senator Barack Obama but planned on attacking students at predominantly black schools as well.

20-year-old Daniel Cowart of Tennessee and 18-year-old Paul Schlesselman are the two skinheads in question. The pair are internet tough guys that met on the web because of their mutual interest in white supremacy. Cowart was such an internet tough guy that he lived with his grandparents. Whether or not it was in their basement is unknown.

These two assclowns hatched probably the most ridiculous killing spree plot in human history. In their sick little twisted fantasy plans they planned on killing 88 black students from an unnamed black school and decapitating 14 other black students. For those of you unfamiliar with the white (trash) supremacy movement the number 88 is code for Heil Hitler since the letter H is the 8th letter in the alphabet. The number 14 represents the 14 words.

To raise the level of absurdity to this plot after they committed the near impossible murders without getting caught they planned on assassinating Senator Barack Obama who as we all know is currently running for President. The way they allegedly wanted to commit the assassination was to drive a speeding car towards him while shooting at him while they wore white tuxedos and tophats.

Would they have been able to carry out the plot successfully? Not a chance. Are these just the racist fantasies from a bunch of drunken white trash? More than likely.

So what’s the big deal? Why all the commotion? Why was the ATF involved if this was totally pulled out of their collective asses?

Even though these two are obviously mentally deficient that doesn’t make them any less dangerous.

Both were already in possession of unregistered weapons. When the duo was arrested law enforcement seized a rifle, a sawed-off shotgun and three pistols from them. Police say they were getting ready to rob a gun store to get more weapons. That’s a federal crime which drew the attention of the ATF. They also had nylon rope and ski masks that they allegedly were going to use in other robberies to fund their spree. The day of their arrest they fired a round into the window of a black church. Being the cowards that they are no one was in the church at the time.

So even though their ‘goals’ were totally unobtainable they did take steps to try and achieve those goals. That my friends is crime enough. Even if they had taken their plot one step further someone might have been hurt or killed. It’s not unlike the kids who get arrested for plotting a school shooting. If it’s just BSing between friends then there’s no crime, but once they take a step towards committing the attack then it’s a crime.

My point is that this crime needs to be kept in perspective. Was Senator Obama’s life ever in danger? Not at all and this was also not part of some vast conspiracy. Conversely these weren’t just two good ol’ boys swapping jokes over a case of Bud Light. They are dangerous and law enforcement was correct in taking these jokers seriously.

Juggalo mob threatens cops, runs away:

What is the deal with Salt Lake City and Juggalos?

It seems that a female friend of a bunch of Juggalos…what do you call a group of Juggalos anyway? A gaggle of Juggalos? A flock? A pod? It’s definitely not a school. Ok, I got it…anyway a woman who lived across the street from a Mormon Church parking lot asked some people who were hanging out in the parking lot to leave. When they didn’t an intrusion of Juggalos came storming out of ths house with various club type objects. I’m assuming they ran whoever it was in the parking lot off.

Then two Salt Lake undercover police officers parked their car near the church and started hanging out in the parking lot. Again a woman came from across the street and asked them to leave. And again the Juggalos came scuttling out of the house and threatened the officers with their weapons saying that “No one fucks with the Juggalos”.

One of the officers drew his gun and identified himself. The Juggalos, being the brain geniuses that they are, didn’t believe him and started to approach him again. When he identified himself as a cop the second time then they believed him and ran back under the fridge…I mean stuffed themselves into their clown car…I mean ran off.

The best part is that the clown house was scheduled to be searched by police on the next day on an unrelated investigation. The article doesn’t make clear how many of them were arrested.

No offense to Salt Lake City but I’d like to see these dumbasses go to a big city with a huge crime problem, let’s say L.A., and try being a gang there. They wouldn’t last a week.

Police Union Shirt Pokes Fun At DNC Protesters:

The police union in Denver is selling t-shirts to their members that commemorates the 2008 Democratic National Convention that was held in Denver. They say “We get up early to beat the crowds”.

Of course some humorless hippies have a problem with this.

Maintenance of Convicted Killer Brian Draper’s Myspace Page in Question:

Not too long ago I posted about the MySpace of convicted killer, lifer, and mutant Brian Draper. Draper is one of the teen killers convicted in the 2006 slashing death of someone whom they called friend, Cassie Jo Stoddart.

I theorized that his MySpace was obviously written by either a member of his family or an advocate who believes that teens should never be charged as adults. I came to that hypothesis after I noticed the proper grammar which I doubt Draper has and the fact that prison inmates usually don’t have access to the internet. It seems that one of my readers tipped off the local media to Draper’s MySpace.

We’ve previously reported on a website that supports Torey Adamcik’s innocence called Voices for Torey. Thanks to a viewer, we tracked down a commentary page that negatively outlines the possibility of Brian Draper updating his myspace page from prison.

Earlier this month, “A Murderer’s Disguise” was posted on the website called The Trenchcoat Chronicles. On it, Trench Reynolds debunks the idea that Draper can access the internet saying, among other things, that the two teenagers have become poster boys for people who believe teens should not be charged as adults. Reynolds simply states that someone else must be maintaining the personal page.

KPVI then followed up on my assumptions and called the Idaho Department of Corrections. They have confirmed that inmates do not have access to the internet. So is it being maintained by family or an advocate? Is Draper actually in the programs that he claims and is it just for show?

None of this could have been possible if it wasn’t for the watchful eye of Mr. A who brought my attention to Draper’s MySpace in the first place.

More Developments in West Memphis 3 Case:

Speaking of Damien Echols, because you know we were, his wife Lorri Davis has come forward with what she says is new evidence that will get her husband a new trial. Her timing is amazing considering a judge just denied a retrial Thursday.

Lorri Davis, who is married to Damien Echols, claims an Arkansas attorney is quoted in a sealed affidavit as saying he had conversations with a member of the jury in Echols and Jason Baldwin’s 1994 trial.

Misskelley confessed to the crime, but later recanted. His confession was not allowed to be presented in the trial against Echols and Baldwin. Now Davis claims they have proof that jurors were discussing the confession during deliberations.

So how long has she been sitting in this alleged information? And do you notice it’s evidence that could potentially get her husband a new trial, not Misskelly or Baldwin. Like I keep saying it’s all about Echols and always has been. Misskelly is seen as the turncoat and Baldwin is basically the Shemp of these stooges.

Judge: No new trial for West Memphis killings:

Circuit Court Judge David Burnett has denied the request for a new trial for the infamous West Memphis 3.

Just as I said previously Judge Burnett said that the highly touted DNA evidence does not clear Echols, Bladwin, and Misskelley of any wrongdoing.

“The court finds that (Echols’) DNA-testing results are inconclusive because they do not raise a reasonable probability that he did not commit the offenses; that is, they are inconclusive as to his claim of actual innocence” Burnett wrote in the order.

“Proof of actual innocence requires more than his exclusion as the source of a handful of biological material that is not dispositive of the identity of a killer,” Burnett wrote.

Burnett also said that even if he agreed that the new DNA evidence should be heard in court, he would deny Echols’ request for a trial because there was “not compelling evidence that he would be acquitted.”

But the WM3 supporters will let their emotions override logic. They’re like the Columbine mutants except with better PR. They glommed on to this case because they can identify with some characteristic of the convicted killers, Echols mostly, then they act like this is the greatest miscarriage of justice of our time. I should know I used to be one of their supporters. I fell for the documentaries but after a while I realized that they only presented one side of the story. But it’s a cult of personality with Echols at the helm. As I’ve said before they all glom on to Echols, that includes media and the like, and Misskelly and Baldwin are merely afterthoughts.

Anyway, there’s a reason why their convictions have been upheld by the Arkansas State Supreme Court has upheld their convictions, it’s because they’re guilty and no amount of zealotry is going to change that.

Speaking of the State Supreme Court, Echols’ fancy San Francisco lawyer, Dennis Riordan, plans on appealing the ruling with the Arkansas Supreme Court. I guess because it’s worked so well in the past.

2 teens in clown makeup arrested in possible kidnapping attempt:

Over at MyCrimeSpace myself and my regular readers tend to pick on one group of people more than others when they commit crimes. Mainly for the reason that I’ve never seen one band’s group of fans commit more stupid crimes with their faces painted like mimes. Of course I’m referring to the Juggaloes, fans of the rap group Insane Clown Posse or ICP.

Now before we go any further let me make it perfectly clear that I don’t think the music made these kids commit crimes. They committed crimes because they’re idiots, plain and simple. Now on to the story.

An 18 and a 15-year-old Juggalo tried to kidnap a 5-year-old boy in Salt Lake City over the weekend while they had their faces painted like idiots. The 5-year-old managed to get away and ran back to his house for help which should tell you what kind of criminal masterminds they are. Police caught up with them with their faces still painted.

This was not the first run in Utah police have had with Juggaloes. Just recently 21-year-olds Cody Jesse Augustine, of West Jordan, and Scott Tyler Stapley, of Murray were arrested for a July 29th attack on a teen. The pair are accused of attacking the teen with a knife and a replica battle axe in which the victim received life threatening injuries.

Am I saying that all Juggaloes are criminals? No, of course not. There just seem to be a disproportionate amount of them that are.

I wonder if this is where the term ‘assclown’ came from.

Thanks to Jennifer for the tip.

Mr. A shot me an e-mail the other day saying that he found the MySpace of Brian Draper. For those of you who don’t know Brian Draper and his cohort Torey Adamcik were two teens sentenced to life in prison for the brutal murder of 16-year-old Cassie Jo Stoddart.

Draper is not only a vicious killer but he’s also an admitted mutant, the term I use for ‘fans’ of Columbine.

I figured that the MySpace was probably a leftover before he went into prison and probably contained the incoherent ramblings of a teenage monster. Imagine my surprise when this is what I stumble on.

Many things have happened since the last time I updated this page: I have moved to the prison in Boise, Idaho, and I am in a transition stage that may last a couple weeks. Following the transition I will be moved to a new location in Boise.

I want you all to know that I am hanging in there. Things get rough from time to time, and I don’t go a week without breaking down at least once. But overall my life is ok. I keep busy by going to religious services, attending educational classes (creative writing, computers), writing, reading and playing a lot of chess. I am also able to play the piano down at the chapel. I play piano for church services, and for an hour a week I can play the piano in solitude. I wrote a song dedicated to everything that has happened, called Sorrows and Sunrises.

Obviously this wasn’t written by Draper for a number of reasons. The first being I don’t think Draper could form a coherent sentenced if you spotted him the noun and the verb. Secondly, most prisons don’t allow their inmates to have access to the internet. Lastly, Draper and Adamcik have kind of become the poster boys for the people who believe that teens shouldn’t be charged as adults. For example…

Currently I am in the appeals process, so that maybe someday I can be released and start redeeming myself on the outside, like I am doing now, on the inside. I am in the STOP program here, which is a program that brings kids into the facility, and inmates speak with them about being a good person and staying out of trouble. I am one of those inmates that speak to the kids.

If my appeal for reduction of sentencing is thrown out, then I will be content with the life I have. We must think about what we do have, not about what we don’t have. We must set goals and strive to meet them. If I spend the rest of my life locked in a prison, I will rise above that. If God wants me to stay here, then this is where I will stay.

I will leave you with two good sayings: “I wept because I had no shoes till I saw a man who had no feet.” “Two men looked out through prison bars; one saw mud, the other stars.”

Thanks again for all your support, I hope and pray you are all doing well.

I love you all, and thank you for believing in me. Never forget Cassie Jo Stoddart.

Your friend,
Brian
Who I’d like to meet:
Hemingway, Albert Einstein, Richard Wilbur, and James P. Gills

First off he gave up any right of talking about Cassie Jo Stoddart, especially after he said this on videotape after her murder.

“Just killed Cassie, we just left her house, this is not a f***ing joke,” says Brian Draper on the homemade videotape. “I’m shaking,” replies Adamcik.”I stabbed her in the throat and I saw her lifeless body just disappear,” says Draper.

I highly doubt someone that did this is capable of all these ‘feel good’ statements and if he is going through all these programs I’m sure it’s all for show. I also noticed the lack of negative comments on his MySpace. Brutal killers usually get slammed with ’see you in hell’ kind of comments which leads me to believe that not only was this crap written by someone else but it’s also being severely moderated.

Lastly I doubt the people he wants to meet or Hemingway and Einstein. It’s probably more like Manson, Dahmer, Harris and Klebold.

Someone who slashes a girls throat just for the thrills and brags about it on tape isn’t going to change his stripes this quickly let alone ever.

As always it was your pleasure.

BBC NEWS Jail for paedophile ’schoolboy’

A man who masqueraded as a schoolboy and abducted a young teenage girl has been jailed for two-and-a-half years.

James Chester, 22, struck up a relationship with a 13-year-old girl after pretending to be a Year 10 pupil.

Chester, formerly of Garnier Street, Portsmouth, admitted abduction and sexual activity with a girl.

At Portsmouth Crown Court on Tuesday, he was sentenced to two-and-a-half years, to include the eight months he has spent in custody.

So a 22-year-old pedophile commits a elaborate case of subterfuge, abducts a 13-year-old girl, has sex with her, and only gets 22 months? Way to drop the ball on sentencing. Get it together England. I can almost guarantee you he’ll re-offend once he gets out.

Thanks to Vega for the tip.

Convicted killer Capano has one option | delawareonline | The News Journal

The U.S. 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals has denied a petition from the once wealthy and politically connected Capano for a rehearing of his murder case by the entire court.

This means Capano’s only legal option in his effort to overturn his conviction for the 1996 murder of Anne Marie Fahey is to petition the U.S. Supreme Court in the next 90 days.

As closer to Tom Capano gets to exhausting his appeals I do a merry little jig inside. It’s just too bad this scumbag got out of his death sentence.

If you’re unfamiliar with the case Tom Capano was a highly connected Delaware lawyer. He had an affair with the then governor’s secretary Anne Marie Fahey and eventually killed her. He dumped her body off the coast of South Jersy and the body was never found. During the investigation and trial Capano was a smug prick. Anything bad that happens to him makes me happy.

FBI: Flint Man Plotted To Bomb Convention - News Story - WNEM Saginaw

The affidavit said DePalma talked of attacking Xcel Energy Center in St. Paul and that he planed to destroy electrical cables and cause a power outage at the convention.

DePalma said if he bombed the Xcel on the first day, officials might call off the convention because “a power outage would say a lot.”

Ah yes, those wacky progressives who are so peaceful and would never try to surpress anyone’s viewpoint.

Robbers roughed up in paraplegic’s home:

That awesome mugshot belongs to 15-year-old Rick Benedict of Charlotte County, Florida. Benedict and his cohort, 20-year-old Michael Christian Moritz, tried robbing the house of a paraplegic man. Notice I said ‘tried’.

These humanitarians were expecting 30-year-old Charles Mathieu to be home alone. What they didn’t count on was Mr. Mathieu’s friend 31-year-old Randy John.

Mathieu says that gunman pushed him down on the couch and stuck the gun barrel in his face and told him not to move or make a noise. Then, they started ransacking the home.

It was then that Randy John came out of a bedroom, saw the suspects, and started beating them.

“He attacked them in the kitchen and I called the cops while they were fighting,” said Mathieu.

When deputies arrived, they found the home in total disarray broken glass, furniture and blood all over the walls, floor, and even outside the home.

Both suspects had to be taken to the hospital.

Mr. John we here at The Chronicles like the cut of your jib. So here’s to you Mr. Beating two burglars at once guy. You are a real man of genius.

Thanks to Frank for the tip.
