Juggalos accused of assault may face gang charges

Fans of Insane Clown Posse face assault charges in Modesto beating:

That tough guy wannabe is 22-year-old Kurt Petersen of Modesto, California. If you couldn’t tell he’s a Juggalo. Petersen and three of his Juggalo buddies, Brandon Ferrell, 18; Joshua Huggins, 17; and Larry Williams, 20, are accused of beating a 53-year-old man unconscious and breaking his leg in two places. The victim was wiith his 11 and 17-year-old daughters at the time. You can read the article to see all the Juggalo assclownery that led up to the assault.

However what’s interesting to note is that prosecutors are trying to have gang charges added to the assault charges contending that this particular group of Juggalos are in fact a gang.

Now let me explain this to any Juggalo who may be reading this because in previous posts they seem to have very tenuous comprehension skills.

This doesn’t mean that this would make all Juggalos a gang. That means that these Juggalos would be classified a gang.

The prosecution alleges that the Juggalos in Modesto claim certain places in town as their turf. When you start claiming turf and try to enforce that claim then that makes you a gang.

If convicted of assault the most the mimes could face is four years but if gang charges are filed that could add more prison time.

I’m sure they’ll love that tough guy act in prison where there are real gangs.

    Kurt Petersen Is most likely a lost soul in In the understanding Of our way's.Don't get me wrong this is no Excuse for him! It just goes to show how much the common sense Factor is Absent in our subculture today.This Saddens me and angers me at the same time. Now Author I agree with you Just because your a Juggalo Dose NOT mean your a gang member but our good officers of California police and school's have already decided that Juggalo's are a street gang.Cops stop kids and car's because of there Hatchet Man and search them but in my experience most of the time the circumstances was ligament . Schools tell there students that the can not wear gang paraphernalia which is a no brainier. Point is they tell them that there band shirts are Gang paraphernalia and will not allow them to wear it. We are already being profiled as A street gang but ask your self Fellow Juggalo's. Do we give them a reason not to?With Incandescent such this and lots others.Who can blame them? Now some of you will disagree Thats fine. I still got love for you but do your self a favor think with a open mind and heart and be true to your self when you ponder my words.

    Juggalos have been called a gang, But we are just oe big family, A family for the lost that never had a family, Juggalos/lettes. I have been a juggalo for 5 years now.

    And our gathering is just a place for us to be ourselfs, Hang out with our bands and spray faygo. Some people are scared and some people just look at us our own family like the huge famiy living nextdoor, But Some juggalos are in other gangs but Juggalos and juggalettes are one big family MMFWCL
