Seattle Breeders dehydrate kids

An unnamed pair of psycho Breeders from Seattle have been arrested on child abuse charges. The pair are accused of sever malnutrition og their 14-year-old daughter and their 12-year-old son.
The 14-year-old girl only weighed 48 pounds at the time of her Breeders’ arrest.
Now here’s where it gets really bizarre. Her female Breeder only allowed her to have half a Dixie cup of water a day. She was monitored in the shower to make sure she wasn’t drinking the water. Once when the girl snuck out of her room to drink water from the toilet her female Breeder caught her and duct taped the girl’s hands behind her back and shoved her head under the toilet water to discipline her.
I’d love to know the reasoning behind this asinine behavior on the female Breeder’s part. Maybe she fell for the Dihydrogen Monoxide hoax. Obviously both Breeders had to have had a hand in this. My guess would be that there was some type of cult-like behavior.
