Bondage duct tape of death suspect pleads not guilty
Woman accused of killing husband during sex games pleads not guilty:
This was a story I was covering for the dearly departed Psycho for Love blog I was doing for b5media. Since that blog is no longer around I thought I would cover it here at my now all-purpose crime blog.
Anyway the story goes that 25-year-old Rebecca Bargy of Tennessee bound her husband James Bargy, 29, in duct tape with a ball gag in his mouth with an ace bandage wrapped around his head and left him that way for 13 hours. She claims that the pair engaged in these type of bondage games all the time. Except this time James Bargy died from asphyxiation. But wait there’s more. While her husband was bound and dying she was out having a fling with some internet guy that she flew in from California.
Originally she was charged with reckless homicide but the charges have been upgraded to second degree murder. She has pleaded not guilty to the murder charges and could face 60 years if convicted.
