Police have charged a Cobb County music teacher with sexually assaulting a student. Officials arrested Steven Parkman, 32, the director of the orchestra at Harrison High School. Cobb County officers arrested him late Monday afternoon. Authorities said the victim is a 17-year-old student at Harrison High. Officials told Channel 2’s Ross Cavitt that the case against Parkman is not a rape case.

But since he’s a guy we should string him up in the middle of town right?
