The Utah Supreme Court on Monday extended their March order halting forced medication for accused Elizabeth Smart kidnapper Wanda Eileen Barzee until the U.S. Supreme Court decides whether to accept the case for review.

On Friday, defense attorney Scott C. Williams had argued before the Utah Supreme Court that Barzee could suffer “irreversible impact” from being forced to take psychotropic drugs.

Why is this even an issue. If she’s a danger to others then there should be no argument.
