An Arkansas day care teacher is charged with raping a 4-year-old girl during nap time. Police say the incident was caught on closed-circuit video, 4029tv.com reports.
Cesar Monarrez, 18, was a part-time employee at the Royal Children’s Academy and had worked there for about three or four months. According to an arrest warrant, the alleged victim told authorities on Feb. 5 how Monarrez had touched her inappropriately.
The girl told police her privates were burning because “Bubba” touched her with a knife inside his pocket, 4029tv.com reports. Police identified Bubba as Monarrez, and investigators said video shows him pushing his hands beneath the girl’s waistband while she was asleep.
Children aren’t safe anywhere anymore. I wouldn’t be surprised if within a few generations that all kids will be home schooled. Or we’ll return to the old red school houses again where only trusted members of the community will be allowed to teach. Maybe that wouldn’t be so bad.

I went to school with Bubba from 3rd-7th grade. And let me tell you I am not surprised at all when I saw this on the news. I always thought he'd end up in jail for either killing someone or raping someone. I remember in 7th grade he got in trouble for touching a girl on the bus. He said he, "Wanted some pussy and got it". He's a loser. I'm laughed when I saw this. (Didn't laugh about the girl!! Just at him) I'm glad they caught him now before he moved on to worse things then this!!

im NOT taking his side i am saying i have a friend thats a girl not bubba that her mom knows the OWNER… not the guy that just runs the place but he told her that… it does look like that but you dont ACTUALLY see it so you dont know.. the owner would not say he is staying on bubba's side until proven guilty if he ACTUALLY SAW HIM RAPING HER…. I just dont think he would do this and if he has time to do that at a day care there staff must be pretty fucking sorry because she would not just lay there if a knife was down her pants she would be screaming… i just dont belive it i am going to his trial and if he did do it so be it he is a shity person and i hope he gets it in the ass all day. i just dont see him doing this of all things!!!
I believe there's video of the vile piece of human debris committing his crime. I think I'll believe viedo evidence…unless someone can come up with a logical reason for him to have his hands down the front of a sleeping 4 year old's pants…
ok ok ok….. there is no point in argueing with people that 1 dont know the person accused of this and 2 think that they have seen the video themselfs you have no idea if that is ACTUALLY ACTUALLY what happen… but thats fine you can belive what you want i will belive what i want i have a 4 year old neice and i would die if something like this happen to her and as i have said over and over if this is the case i could care less what happens to him but i still would not understand what a grown man… that indeed has girls most he wants would want with a baby… so i am sticking to what i belive until proven guilty……
Fact, my 15 year old daughter was sexually assaulted by this "Bubba" last August. Police said it was a he said, she said. It was very hard to ignore the bruises he left on her. We set up a trap to get him to admit it on the phone, I monitored it, he was just on the verge several times to stating what he had done, he just used his words too carefully. The only thing he did admit to was having been arrested for beating up his father. And then he was hired to care for children. Wow, I am impressed with that background check. All we can do is hope that others have the strength to come forward now that a four year old has.
And there's also no point arguing with a person who (1) has the mentality of a lovestruck 13 year old and (2)the english skills of a slightly intelligent 2nd grader making it very hard to follow any point you are attempting to make…however faulty your logic is.
My experience has been that when the police and prosecution say they have video evidence…they have video evidence.

Yep. Stephanie I understand that Bubba is your friend, but the evidence is against him and if you look at his past records it's pretty well obvious he is capable of doing this. It doesn't matter how easy he can get girls…He can still be a piece of shit who rapes children.

his mom is a good lady and i do feel bad for her she is single and we do talk to her and she is just really upset i am getting where i dont feel bad for him just her now..
My empathy for Bubba's mom is limited because personally if I had a kid who had a history of sexually offending people I would have sent their ass to boot camp as soon as possible.

Look, I work at that day care, and know what is on the tape….he did not rape her. he rubbed her belly while she was asleep. Not a necessary or appropriate action, but not rape. You can't tell from the tape if she awoke a little and he was putting her back to sleep or what. You would only think it was inappropriate if you were looking for it. he touched her for 17 seconds people!!

id like to say 1st of all i have 1st hand knowledge of whats on that tape and no…he was not just rubbing her belley. i know this from court document. he touched her for 45 seconds and smelled his hand when done. maybe you should climb outside of your small mind and accept the fact that one of your friends has multiple accusations and oh yeah, video evidence that he is a sick sad individual. that old saying comes to mind..where there is smoke there is fire and this time he is caught. all i know is that that he is small, cowardly, and basically stupid. they will rape and kill him in prison..and then the devil will have his way… and then all will be right with the world. i only wish i could taunt him while it happens.

To the what i know person i am really sorry that this happen to your family i do feel really bad if this is true i am not closed minded at all and i do understand that anyone is capable of this friends are not he is crazy and partys a lot but he has just always been cool… yano i do understand that a baby cant make this up and like i have said before my friend or not if he did do this to the little girl i hope he gets everything he deserves.
By the way it isnt that i have no idea whats going on my mother works for the center that deals with the abused kids…and she knows medical records she doesnt tell me anything because it is law but said she thinks he did it. But its hard for me to face that one of our friends is a possible kid rapeist or whatever so you shouldnt jump down our throat ok its just hard to belive………..i have a neice that is her age and i do understand if someone did this to her i would want to tourture them and everyway possible!
I understand its hard to accept that someone your age and that someone you have know for a long time could be capable something like that. Her family wanted so badly to believe that it was a mistake or that it hadnt happened. Part of the hardest thing about growing up can be seeing people's fall from grace, but like ive said… its not the 1st time someone has said these things about him… that little girl had just turned 4 and u are right.. no child can make that up. You arent the only one who wishes this wasnt real and that this hadnt happened. Right now all we can do is pray she is young enough to forget and any shame or confusion will be healed in childrens counciling. However much her parents hate him, their baby comes first. He will get the help he needs in jail. All that matters now is that she heal and he accept his consiqinces. Prayer is the only solution for all parties involved.

no worries. please just pray. suffer the little children should not be a motto for a daycare,and since that daycare did nothing to ensure the safelty of that baby the daycare is just as liable for employing him without running a background check the way they assured all parents they had. the whole thing is sad. a child possibly damaged, an 18 year old who has sacfrificed his future, and a 2 familys that will never ever recover. I cant say i understand where God was when all this happened but i can say that i have faith he will see justice, in any form, served. Thanks for the kind words.
