State probe clears trooper in Taser incident; video on YouTube:
Trooper John Gardner of the Utah Highway Patrol has been cleared of any wrongdoing in the widely publicized tasing of motorist Jared Massey.
The Utah Highway Patrol says a state trooper who used a Taser to subdue a motorist acted reasonably.
Superintendent Lance Davenport says Trooper Jon Gardner remains on leave, primarily for his own safety.
Because the peace loving anti-taser crowd have threatened Trooper Gardner’s life but I guess the irony has been lost on them.
