Sex offender charged with murder, rape in July 4 abduction:
I normally don’t do requests but this one comes from a good friend of the site ZappaCrappa. He wonders why it’s wrong to stigmatize sex offenders and pedophiles when we have scumbags like this free on the streets.
Prosecutors charged a convicted sex offender Monday with kidnapping, raping and killing a 12-year-old girl who was snatched from an alley behind her family’s home during a July Fourth fireworks celebration.
According to the charging documents, Terapon Dang Adhahn led investigators to the body of Zina Linnik near Silver Lake in rural Pierce County, and his DNA was found on her.
The girl died of a blow to the head, according to papers filed in Superior Court.
Zina was seized from behind her family’s home during a Tacoma fireworks display July 4.
Investigators said her father saw a gray van and that his partial recollection of the license plate helped them track down Adhahn at a home south of Tacoma.
A co-worker told detectives that when Adhahn showed up for work at a construction site July 5, his van had just been cleaned, according to court documents.
During their investigation, detectives said they uncovered two other victims: one who was kidnapped on her way to school in 2000 and another who lived with Adhahn as a teen. Adhahn is charged with rape in those cases, as well as failing to register as a sex offender. He pleaded not guilty to those counts Thursday.
He is also a person of interest in the late 2005 abduction and killing of Adre’Anna Jackson, a 10-year-old girl whose remains were found in a Pierce County field last year.
Adhahn, 42, came to the United States from Thailand in the 1970s after his mother married a U.S. soldier. He was convicted of incest in 1990 for raping a 16-year-old female relative and was sentenced to two months in jail, plus five years of counseling.
How well did that counseling work? Not too good apparently. We need to stop treating sex offenders with kid gloves and start treating them with an iron fist.

I’m curious as to your definition of what a sex offender is.
I think I have just about reached the point of saying that ANY type of forcible rape should be punishable by death. At the very least…life with NO possibility of parole. I’ve just about had it with these repeat offender scumbags.
