Teen convicted of school attack plot faces re-sentencing:
The Michigan mutant, Andrew Osantowski, will have to wait until October to find out how much more will be added to his 4 1/2 year sentence. He was originally supposed to find out tomorrow but has been ddelayed because Osantowski’s attorney is appealing the conviction to the Michigan Supreme Court. I don’t want to jinx it but I’m pretty sure that Osantowski’s conviction will be upheld.
