Alberta boy accused of plotting school massacre:
I really hate the month of April. Even in Canada it’s that time of year.

CALGARY — Police have charged a 14-year-old junior high student suspected of plotting a Columbine-style rampage against his teachers on the anniversary of the U.S. school massacre.

The boy’s parents are credited with going to police after learning the teenager was making threats.

Police charged the boy, who cannot be identified under provisions of the Youth Criminal Justice Act, on April 2. He was arrested in the company of his parents.

He is charged with two counts of uttering threats against two teachers at his Catholic junior high school, one of whom is reportedly the school’s vice-principal.

The youth was given a bail hearing at which time his release conditions were assessed and he was released into the custody of his parents.

Released into his parents’ custody. That’s just great. Didn’t he plan his attack while in his parents’ custody?

While they are not totally exclusive it is weird that it said he both uttered threats against his teachers and planned a Columbine like massacure. I wouldn’t be surprised if the teachers are streching the truth a bit. Not that what the boy is right but it could be he threated to kill a teacher to her face then they said he was planning a Columbine like massucure, panicing like teachers so often do.

  2. These people have serious problems, no question, but i think as society we should do our part to make it easier. Social stress and academic issues are just as big a factor as pop culture. Maybe if someone had taken the time to understand these kids, this wouldn’t of happen. Stop blaming websites and Marilyn Manosn, blame yourselvesl.
