Boy accused of making threats in blog message:
We have another threat made against a school that the perpetrator claims was a joke. This time it took place in Hammond, Indiana. A 12-year-old boy posted a message on a blog where he threatened to kill a teacher, some of his classmates, and school administrators. The sixth grader was arrested Friday and faces charges of misdemeanor harassment…

Hammond police, with the assistance of the FBI, arrested the boy and released him to his parents after he admitted making the Web posting, which he said was a prank.

Pranks don’t bring the FBI to your door.

No word on what punishment the school handed out, but I can almost guarantee one punishment that life will have in store for him…

  1. Yah. This kids future looks real bright.

  2. With all the school shootings that have taken place, how can anyone be naive enough to think that they can make such a threat and get off with “it was just a joke”.

    However,
Is it better for a teen to vent their frustrations on a website rather than act on them?

    Just a poetic note.
